Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Publishing the List of Green Manufacturing Units in Shandong Province for the Year 2025
Lugongxin Lvfa [2025] No. 185 Each city's industrial and information technology bureau, relevant units: In order to comprehensively strengthen the construction of the green manufacturing system, enhance the gradient cultivation of green manufacturing units, and promote the high-quality development of green, low-carbon industry, in accordance with the requirements of the "Interim Measures for Gradient Cultivation and Management of Green Manufacturing Units in Shandong Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), our department has organized the recommendation of green manufacturing units in Shandong Province for the year 2025. Through procedures such as unit application, review and recommendation by the municipal industry and information technology department, expert evaluation and demonstration, solicitation of opinions from relevant departments, and social publicity, 211 enterprises including Jinan Baisijie Bioengineering Co., Ltd. have been identified as provincial green factories, 34 parks including Jinan Diaozhen Chemical Industry Park have been identified as provincial green industrial parks, and 42 enterprises including Jicheng Electronics Co., Ltd. have been identified as provincial green supply chain management enterprises. At the same time, in accordance with the requirements of the Measures, dynamic management and review will be implemented for existing provincial green manufacturing units. After review and examination by various levels of industry and information technology departments, five enterprises including Shandong Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. will be renamed, and six enterprises including Shandong Futong Optical Technology Co., Ltd. will be removed from the list of provincial green manufacturing units. The list is now announced (see attachment), and the relevant matters are notified as follows. 1、 Enhance the efficiency of gradient cultivation in green manufacturing. Focus on the benchmark demonstration value of green manufacturing units, systematically summarize their typical practices in technology innovation, management optimization, low-carbon transformation, and other fields, and expand the promotion coverage through special reports, experience exchange meetings, and other forms. Further improve the cultivation chain at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, formulate differentiated guidance policies for enterprises and parks at different stages of development, accelerate the green transformation process of the manufacturing industry, and help achieve the goal of green, low-carbon, and high-quality development. 2、 Optimize tracking services and policy support. Establish a "one-on-one" tracking mechanism for green manufacturing units, regularly conduct effectiveness evaluations and data analysis, accurately identify development shortcomings and provide customized guidance, and promote the continuous improvement of green level. Strengthen cross departmental policy collaboration, bridge the "last mile" of industrial support policy implementation, proactively connect with the needs of enterprises (parks), establish problem ledgers and closed-loop solutions, and lay a solid foundation for the development of green manufacturing. 3、 Strictly implement dynamic supervision and management. Strictly implement the management mechanism of "entry and exit" for green manufacturing units, combining daily supervision with irregular on-site spot checks and reviews to ensure the quality of development for green manufacturing units. Urge enterprises (parks) to fill in the green manufacturing dynamic management form on time and truthfully, and strictly review key indicators such as energy consumption. We will resolutely adjust the units that trigger the delisting situation in the Measures. Attachment:1.
