Industry Self discipline Convention of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

Article 1: In accordance with the basic principles of "common development, mutual respect, strengthened cooperation, and industry harmony", this Convention is formulated to establish a self regulatory mechanism for the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, regulate the behavior of industry practitioners, promote and safeguard the healthy development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province.

Article 2: This Convention applies to member units of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association.

The basic principles of self-discipline in the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province are patriotism, law-abiding, fairness, and integrity.

Article 4: Member units of this Convention shall fully respect and conscientiously implement the various self-discipline principles of this Convention. Advocate non member units in the industry to comply with this convention, actively promote industry self-discipline from the perspective of safeguarding the overall interests of the country and the entire industry, and create a favorable environment for industry development.

Article 5: Consciously abide by the relevant laws, regulations, and policies of the state on industry development and management, vigorously promote the excellent cultural traditions of the Chinese nation and the moral standards of socialist spiritual civilization, and actively promote the professional ethics construction of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province.

Article 6: Encourage and support the development of legal, fair, and orderly industry competition, oppose the use of unfair means for intra industry competition, and consciously maintain the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.

Article 7: Respect intellectual property rights and oppose acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; Support the adoption of various effective methods to carry out collaboration in the fields of scientific research, production, and services in the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, vigorously develop products with independent intellectual property rights, and provide strong support for the further development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province.

Article 8: Strengthen communication and cooperation, study and explore the development strategy of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, and propose policy and legislative suggestions for the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province.

Article 9: Actively participate in international cooperation and exchanges, participate in the formulation of international rules in the same industry, and consciously abide by the international rules signed by China.

Article 10: Consciously accept supervision and criticism from all sectors of society towards this industry, and jointly resist and correct any unhealthy practices in the industry.

Article 11: When disputes arise between member units of the Convention, the parties to the dispute shall strive to resolve the dispute through negotiation based on the principle of mutual understanding and concession. They may also request the Convention enforcement agency to mediate, consciously maintain industry unity, and safeguard the overall interests of the industry.

Article 12: If a member unit of this Convention violates this Convention, any other member unit shall have the right to promptly report to the Convention enforcement agency and request the Convention enforcement agency to investigate; The implementing agency of the convention can also conduct investigations directly and publish the investigation results to all member units.

Article 13: All member units of this Convention have the right to supervise the legality and impartiality of the implementation of this Convention by the Convention enforcement agencies, and have the right to report to the competent authorities of the enforcement agencies any violations of this Convention by the Convention enforcement agencies or their staff.

Article 14: The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, as the implementing agency of this Convention, is responsible for organizing the implementation of this Convention and supervising and inspecting the compliance of its member units with this Convention.
