Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association Industry Self discipline Punishment System

Article 1: In order to conscientiously carry out industry self-discipline work, improve industry self-discipline mechanisms, strengthen self-restraint, promote industry development, and improve the overall quality of the industry, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association Industry Self Discipline Convention" and other regulations.

Article 2: This system applies to member units of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association.

Article 3: The following penalties shall be imposed on units that fail to comply with industry self-discipline regulations and affect industry reputation and development:

（1） Internal admonishment;

（2） Criticism within the industry;

（3） Public announcement;

（4） Cancel membership;

（5） Recommend to the government administrative law enforcement department to suspend business for rectification, revoke relevant production licenses, or suggest transferring to relevant government departments for handling.

Article 4: If a member unit commits the following acts, it shall be punished according to the severity of the circumstances:

（1） Relevant provisions of the Self discipline Convention for the Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Shandong Province;

（2） Producing and operating counterfeit and inferior products, causing adverse effects;

（3） Infringement of intellectual property rights and damage to the interests of other enterprises;

（4） Publishing various false advertising announcements and advertisements to mislead consumers;

（5） Other illegal and irregular behaviors that should be punished.

Article 5: The disciplinary opinions shall be proposed by the Secretariat of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and submitted to the Association Council or Executive Council for approval.

This measure was discussed and approved by the second council meeting on July 28, 2018.
