Membership Management System of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

In order to strengthen the management of association members, in accordance with the provisions of the association's articles of association, a membership management system for the association is specially formulated.

1、 Membership requirements

Any provincial equity and venture capital enterprises, as well as accounting firms, law firms, banks, securities and other relevant financial institutions that recognize the Articles of Association of this Association, fulfill the rights and obligations of members, have general taxpayer qualifications, and have good integrity, may submit a written application and become members of this Association after approval.

2、 The procedure for joining as a member

(one)Local participating enterprises will submit their membership application forms (in duplicate)2A copy of the unit's basic information table and a photocopy of the unit's business license3Express the materials to the office of the "Association" and send an electronic version for archiving;

(two)Association OfficeThe office approves and inputs the membership information of members, and the President's Office will study and determine the eligibility for membership.

(three)For members who have been approved to join, the "Association" office shall notify the applying unit in writing and issue a unit membership certificate.

3、 Rights enjoyed by members

(one)Having the right to vote, be elected, and vote within the association;

(two)Priority participation in relevant activities organized by the association;

(three)Priority access to various services provided by the association;

(four)Have the right to express opinions and suggestions to the provincial party committee and government through the association;

(five)Criticism, suggestions, and supervision of the association's work;

(six)Voluntary membership and free withdrawal.

4、 Obligations that members must fulfill

(one)Comply with the association's articles of association and implement association resolutions;

(two)Care about the construction of the association and maintain its reputation;

(three)Actively participate in various activities organized by the association and provide convenience for association activities;

(four)Complete the tasks entrusted by the association;

(five)Pay membership fees to the association according to regulations.

5、 Member withdrawal

(one)Free withdrawal from the meeting

If a member chooses to withdraw freely, they should notify the association's secretariat in writing and return their membership card.

(two)If a member engages in any of the following behaviors, they shall be expelled upon approval by the board of directors.

1Those who violate national laws and are subject to criminal punishment;

2Serious violations of the association's articles of association and relevant regulations, causing significant reputational or economic losses to the association;

3The business license is revoked by the local civil affairs and industrial and commercial administration departments;

41. Failure to pay membership fees or participate in activities organized by the Association for one year without reason.

(three)If a member violates the serious circumstances described in Article 6 of the Association's self-discipline convention, he or she shall be automatically withdrawn.
