Membership Fee Standards and Management Measures of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

In order to standardize the collection, use, and management of membership fees and ensure the normal operation of our association's work, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Adjusting the Membership Fee Policy for Social Organizations issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance (Minfa [2003] No. 95), and taking into account the actual situation of our association, we have formulated the membership fee payment standards and management measures for our members and various positions within the association.

1、 Membership fee standard

President's unit: 50000 yuan/year

Vice President Unit (Supervisory Director Unit): 20000 yuan/year

Director unit: 5000 yuan/year

Member unit: free of charge

2、 Payment time and method of membership fee

Units above the director level (including directors) shall pay their membership fees annually and on time (in the first quarter of each year). After being elected as a director unit, the member unit shall pay the annual membership fee within 30 days according to the appointment period notified by the Provincial Association Secretariat. The payment method is by check or directly deposited into our account.

3、 Scope of membership fee expenses

1. Daily office expenses and staff salaries;

2. The expenses for organizing large-scale association conferences, industry research, various trainings, experience promotion, self media, and inspection and exchange activities;

3. The cost of compiling and printing publications, distributing promotional materials, etc;

4. Other expenses that should be incurred.

4、 Membership Fee Management Regulations

1. The Secretariat is responsible for collecting and managing membership fees, and issuing invoices for social organization membership fees in Shandong Province, mainly using electronic receipts and supplemented by paper receipts.

2. The daily expenses of our association are approved by the Secretary General, and the expenses for major events or major projects are approved by the President.

3. The financial accounts of the association strictly comply with the Accounting System for Non Profit Organizations, and accept inquiries and supervision from the general meeting of members, the supervisory board, and members.

4. The financial income and expenditure situation is regularly reported by the Secretariat to the General Assembly of Members and submitted to the audit department for audit every year.

5. Membership fees are the main source of funding for provincial associations, and timely payment of membership fees is an obligation stipulated in the Articles of Association. For directors and above units who fail to pay membership fees for one year without reason, their qualifications for appointment will be revoked after a vote by the board of directors.

This method was passed by a vote at the fourth general meeting of the first session on December 13, 2019.
