Membership Convention of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

In order to promote the leapfrog development of Shandong Province's economy and create a favorable environment for industry development, after full consultation among all members of the industry association, the following conventions are formulated for mutual compliance.

1、 Following the principles of "voluntary, equal, honest, and trustworthy", member enterprises often engage in technical, management, and other exchanges to achieve multi-channel and all-round mutually beneficial cooperation and promote common development.

2、 Resolutely implement the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, never produce or sell counterfeit and inferior products, and jointly maintain the product quality and market reputation of this industry.

3、 Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in unfair competition such as counterfeiting and infringement, and consciously maintain market order.

4、 Member enterprises, regardless of their size, are equal, respect each other, and live in harmony. When disputes arise between member companies, friendly negotiation is advocated. If negotiation fails, the industry chamber of commerce can coordinate and resolve them.

5., when the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises are damaged, other members should take the initiative to give full support and jointly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.　   

6、 Sincere cooperation between homogeneous products and product chain member enterprises, jointly consolidating the market and jointly exploring new markets at home and abroad.

7、 Advocate for honest management. Member enterprises should prioritize payment and not delay payment when conducting purchase and sales business and economic and technological cooperation.

8、 Advocate mutual assistance and cooperation among member enterprises, and prioritize purchasing products of the same quality and price from member enterprises.

9、 For member enterprises that model compliance with the convention, industry associations will recommend and reward them to the government, and organize news media to promote and report on them.

10、 Any member enterprise that does not uphold integrity, damages the image of the industry association, or harms the interests of other members may file a complaint with the industry association. If complained by three or more member enterprises, once investigated and verified, the industry association will immediately terminate its membership and report to the council for confirmation.
