Evaluation and Management of Leadership Members of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

Article 1 In order to comprehensively and accurately evaluate the performance of the association's president, vice president, and secretary-general, and to promote the continuous improvement of the association's leadership members' awareness of performance and the level of organizing meetings, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Articles of Association".

Article 2 Establish an evaluation team to organize and implement annual evaluation work.

Article 3 According to the Articles of Association, the performance and role of the President, Vice President, and Secretary General shall be evaluated.

Article 4 Main evaluation contents:

Organize and implement the work of the association;

Improve the rules and regulations of the association and its implementation;

Participation in meetings and activities;

Membership development, participation management, and rationalization suggestions;

Participate in meetings, activities, and assigned tasks organized by superiors;

Payment status of membership fees.

Article 5 The evaluation procedure is to give a speech and report on work at the board meeting, and conduct a democratic evaluation.

Article 6 Establish an evaluation file, and the evaluation results will serve as an important basis for personnel arrangements in the association's election.
