Election and Voting Methods for the Establishment and First Membership Meeting of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

According to the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social Organizations issued by the State Council and the articles of association of this association, the election and voting methods for the establishment meeting and the first membership meeting of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association are formulated.

1、 The candidates for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary General, Directors, and Supervisors of this Association shall be proposed by the Preparatory Committee of this Association, carefully examined, and approved by the registration and management authority before being submitted to the general meeting for voting.

2、 The candidates for the first president, vice president, secretary-general, directors, and supervisors of the association shall be proposed by the preparatory committee and fully discussed at the presidium meeting of the conference. They shall be elected by members participating in the first general meeting through anonymous voting. The election must be attended by more than two-thirds of the members and passed by more than half of the votes in order to take effect.

3、 The draft articles of association, member self-discipline agreement, and membership fee standards and management measures of the association shall be passed by members participating in the first general meeting through a show of hands vote. The vote must be attended by more than 2/3 of the members and passed by more than half of the votes in order to take effect.

4、 This election and voting method shall be implemented after being approved by the founding meeting and the first member meeting of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association.
