The launch conference of the "New Quality and Collaborative Development of Social Organizations and Productivity in the Province" activity was held in Jinan to strengthen service and build new achievements at the grassroots level
On April 19th, a grand event on the coordinated development of new quality productive forces in social organizations kicked off. Guided by the Social Organization Management Bureau of the Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and hosted by the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Association and the Social Organization Management Bureau of the Jinan Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the launch conference of the "Strong Service, Grassroots Construction, and New Achievements" - "Collaborative Development of New Quality Productivity of Social Organizations Across the Province" activity was held in Jinan. This event has received strong support from Inspur Group and attracted more than 400 participants on-site, including leaders of civil affairs departments, representatives of social organizations, universities, research institutions, and industry leaders from various parts of the province. Wang Shili, Deputy Secretary of the Social Organization Comprehensive Party Committee and First level Researcher of the Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Han Huali, Deputy Director of the Social Organization Management Bureau of the Jinan Civil Affairs Bureau, Wang Anzhong, President of the Shandong Provincial Federation of Social Organizations, Zhou Tianzeng, Secretary of the Party Committee, and heads of civil affairs bureaus and social organization management bureaus from Jinan, Linyi, Liaocheng, Rizhao, Zibo, Yantai, Weihai and other cities attended the event. Sun Junhao, Minister of the Project Department of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, participated in this event and served as a representative of key social organizations in Shandong Province to attend the strategic cooperation signing ceremony of the "New Quality Productivity Collaborative Development of Social Organizations Province wide Campaign".
Wang Shili emphasized in his speech that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has clearly proposed to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces from the perspective of promoting high-quality development as a whole. He said that after the initial pilot in Yishui County, Linyi City, the "Strong Service, Grassroots, and New Achievements" activity of social organizations has achieved preliminary results, and nearly 50 cooperation intentions have been reached. Only the distributed computing project investment of Future Group (Future Data) is expected to reach 180 million yuan; Assist the Yishui County Government in organizing investment and tourism promotion events in Jinan. He requested that social organizations throughout the province enhance their sense of mission, actively accept new technologies, industries, and formats, collaborate with governments, enterprises, and other parties to achieve deep integration across regions and industries.
Zhou Tianzeng welcomed and thanked all the leaders and guests for their arrival. He said that developing new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and important focus for promoting high-quality development. To this end, he launched the "Strong Service, Going to the Grassroots, and Building New Achievements" action, joining hands with social organizations to go deep into the grassroots, connect with enterprises, coordinate with the government, and form multi-party alliances. Subsequently, collaborative innovation centers at the provincial and city/county levels will be jointly established in various regions to build an efficient platform for information exchange and resource sharing. He suggested that social organizations should deepen their learning and understanding of new quality productivity, strengthen collaboration and cooperation in participating in new quality productivity, accelerate the progress and intensity of participation, and strive to serve the high-quality development of county-level economy and private economy.
The attending leaders jointly launched the "New Quality Productivity Collaborative Development of Social Organizations Province wide Tour" activity. The Shandong Provincial Federation of Social Organizations will attract more social organizations to participate in the coordinated development of new quality productivity through a series of diverse activities, promoting experts, projects, services, technology, funds, etc. to sink to the local level and empower the economic and social development of counties.
Liu Dejun, Director of the Strategic Planning Institute of Shandong Macro Economic Research Institute, Shi Yufeng, President of Shandong Big Data Research Association and Vice Dean of the Financial Research Institute of Shandong University, and Wang Anzhong, President of the Shandong Social Organization Association, delivered keynote speeches on topics such as technological innovation, regional coordinated development, new technologies, new industries, and the application of scientific and technological achievements. They put forward ideas and suggestions on how to promote the development of new quality productive forces and help the high-quality development of county-level and private economies.
At the meeting, the Shandong Provincial Federation of Social Organizations signed strategic cooperation agreements with 6 district and county civil affairs and social organization management departments, as well as 14 key social organizations; Five grassroots collaborative innovation projects have been released: "Enterprise Management Digital Transformation Empowerment Platform", "Future Data Value", "National Small and Medium sized Enterprise Service One Network Standard Construction Plan", "AI Power Trading Service", and "New Quality Productivity Leader in Metal Surface Treatment Industry".
Sun Wenting, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Linyi Civil Affairs Bureau, Li Xinfeng, member of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference and President of Shandong Small and Medium sized Enterprise Service Federation, Gao Hao, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Shandong Electronics Society, Chen Zhaoliang, Deputy General Manager of Inspur Software Co., Ltd., Huang Zhongyi, President of CCID Blockchain Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Zhang Liqiang, CEO of Zhonghui Holdings, and six other representatives from civil affairs departments, think tank platforms, industry associations, investment and financial institutions, and leading enterprises, focused on the theme of "diverse forces gathering, social organizations jointly building a collaborative innovation ecology for new quality productivity", and discussed "how to give full play to the guiding role of the government, deepen the integration of industry, academia, and research, cross regional and cross industry interconnection, and the collaborative development of new quality productivity of social organizations". The purpose of this province wide event is to fully leverage the core linkage role of social organizations in resource sharing, industrial transformation, and technological innovation. Through the province wide tour, we aim to explore emerging industries, advanced technologies, and innovative models, promote the deep coordinated development of new quality productivity resources and industries, empower dual recruitment and dual introduction, assist high-level opening up, and serve high-quality development.
Personnel from nearly 20 districts and counties within the province, including civil affairs, social organization management, and investment promotion departments, as well as representatives from over 200 provincial, municipal, and district level social organizations, attended the conference.
The Shandong Provincial Federation of Social Organizations is committed to building a platform for communication, exchange, service, and empowerment between provincial-level social organizations and government, industry, academia, research, and financial institutions.
