At present, China has shown strong vitality in the field of intelligent manufacturing, with a production value of over 1.748 trillion yuan in 2018. China's industrial robot consumption has remained the world's top for six consecutive years.

In recent years, 537 intelligent manufacturing industrial parks have been established in various regions to develop the intelligent manufacturing industry. These industrial parks have nurtured a large number of intelligent manufacturing industry chain enterprises.

The high-end manufacturing industry represented by intelligent manufacturing is not only an inevitable way for China's manufacturing industry to transform and upgrade, but also a key factor in reshaping the industrial competitiveness between cities.

Key points for enterprise site selection

The essence of intelligent manufacturing equipment is equipment. This type of enterprise has corresponding demands for collaborative support, transportation convenience, energy supply, land and labor costs based on its product type, raw material and component supply, sales, and maintenance needs.

At present, the vast majority of equipment manufacturing enterprises in China are located in the surrounding areas of urban agglomerations. Some are relocated from the core areas of cities, while others are building and expanding production capacity.

In contrast, intelligent manufacturing equipment is the intelligent upgrade and expansion of manufacturing equipment driven by technological innovation. The application of new technologies centered on information technology, rapid iteration and updating of new technologies, and quick response to service demands all require enterprises in the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment to pay more attention to talent and efficiency than traditional equipment manufacturing enterprises.

从这个意义上讲，智能制造装备企业的选址对高效的交通、丰富的创新资源等则有了更高要求。此外，政府的政策支持及相关风险管控对企业发展都是必不可少的。

第一，要选择地方政府扶持力度，智能制造产业链上的相关企业，最好是地方政府感兴趣的。这就要求企业具备匹配政府相对应产业资源的能力，这是一个非常关键的问题，而且随着项目落地进程的深入会越发重要。

第二，是否具备产业发展条件，当地政府是不是把智能制造真正作为主导产业来打造，是否能够形成产业体系？当地是不是有垂直的、深度的、生态的、体系化的智能体系？这其中的人才要素、资本要素、市场要素和成本要素具不具备？

第三，智能制造产业园区需要创新资源。配套+交通+能源，土地+人才+技术，满足企业的生活和生产需求。
