According to the spirit of the Interim Measures for Promoting the Development of Characteristic Industrial Clusters of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (Enterprise [2022] No. 119 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the Management Measures for Characteristic Industrial Clusters of Shandong Province (Lugongxinfa [2020] No. 5), the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has organized the cultivation and recognition of characteristic industrial clusters in Shandong Province for the year 2025. After voluntary application by clusters, review and recommendation by the competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises in various cities, and expert evaluation organized by the provincial department, it is proposed to determine 35 clusters, including the high-end software characteristic industry cluster in Jinan High tech Zone, as the characteristic industry clusters of Shandong Province in 2025. The list (see attachment) is now publicly announced.
