Notice from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on Organizing the Cultivation and Recognition of Shandong Manufacturing Innovation Centers in 2025
Each city's industrial and information technology bureau, relevant units:
为贯彻落实全省抓改革创新促高质量发展大会精神，深入实施创新驱动发展战略，加快制造业创新中心建设，完善技术创新体系，打造产业链协同创新平台，提升产业创新能力，根据《山东省制造业创新中心建设工作指南》（鲁工信技〔2023〕150号，以下简称“工作指南”）要求，现组织开展2025年省制造业创新中心培育和认定工作。具体事项通知如下：
1. cultivation work
The provincial manufacturing innovation center should be based on common technology research and development and achievement transformation, in line with the high-quality development needs of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province and the actual development of industrial innovation. Focus on the province's traditional industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, building materials, textiles and clothing, machinery, high-end chemicals, automobiles, smart home appliances, industrial machine tools, rail transit, marine engineering equipment, agricultural machinery equipment, high-end aluminum, modern food, etc. Advantageous industries, new generation information technology, high-end equipment, new energy and new materials, modern medicine, green environmental protection, new energy vehicles, low-altitude economy, safety emergency equipment, magnetic levitation and other emerging industries, as well as meta-universe, artificial intelligence, life sciences, future networks, quantum technology, humanoid robots, deep-sea space and other future industries. Encourage qualified leading enterprises in relevant fields to take the lead in creating provincial manufacturing innovation centers.
培育申报程序及条件参见《工作指南》（附件1）。
2. identification work
对已纳入培育且完成建设目标任务，达到验收条件的创新中心，经所在市工业和信息化局初审通过后，报省工业和信息化厅申请验收。验收通过后，正式认定为省制造业创新中心。

3、 Regarding requirements
请各市工业和信息化局按照《工作指南》要求，支持鼓励具备条件的企业、单位牵头创建省制造业创新中心，对符合培育条件的提出推荐意见附培育申报书（纸质版一份，电子版刻光盘），对达到验收条件的提出验收申请附验收申请报告（纸质版一份，电子版刻光盘），于4月30日前报省工业和信息化厅科技处。
