Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association organizes member units to participate in the "Hundred Meetings, Thousand Enterprises, and Jobs Waiting for You -2025 Provincial, Urban, and District Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce to Assist College Students in Employment Special Recruitment Activity"

The "Hundred Meetings, Thousand Enterprises, and Jobs Waiting for You -2025 Provincial, Urban, and District Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce to Assist College Students in Employment Special Recruitment Activity" jointly organized by the Social Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Talent Office of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee, and the Social Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee was successfully held on the afternoon of May 14th at Shandong University of Management. The purpose of this event is to thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on "stabilizing employment", fully leverage the unique advantages of industry associations and chambers of commerce in extensively contacting member enterprises, and use "hundreds of associations and thousands of enterprises" as a carrier to focus on connecting the cooperation chain of party committees, governments, associations and chambers of commerce, universities, and enterprises. By concentrating the release of job resources, optimizing employment services and talent resource allocation, it helps graduates from universities stationed in Jinan to achieve full and high-quality employment, and gathers outstanding young talents and injects new momentum into the construction of a strong provincial capital.

At the recruitment event, six functional areas were set up, including the Association and Chamber of Commerce Recruitment Area, Member Enterprise Recruitment Area, Study Abroad Policy Consultation Area, Employment Promotion Service Area, Quancheng Agricultural Product Exhibition Area, and Live Streaming Empowerment Area. More than 300 member enterprises from over 70 industry associations and chambers of commerce participated, providing nearly 3000 job opportunities in more than 40 professional fields such as intelligent manufacturing, information technology, modern services, green economy, and humanities and law. Twelve universities in Jinan, including Shandong Normal University, Qilu University of Technology, Shandong Jiaotong University, Shandong Management College, Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College, and Shandong Shenghan Finance and Trade Vocational College, participated in the event.

The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association organized 13 member units, including the supervisory unit Longi Group Co., Ltd., the executive director unit Shandong Xiaoya Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., and the director units Shandong Qinglei Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenlan Machinery Co., Ltd., to participate in recruitment activities with more than 200 positions, attracting many college graduates to consult job information, submit resumes, and preliminarily reach employment intentions.
