Strengthening Collaborative Innovation and Building a New Industrial Ecology - Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association organizes key enterprises to visit and learn from Zhongjie Special Equipment
On May 9, 2025, Su Hongxing, Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, led 8 key enterprise leaders and representatives to visit and study at Shandong Zhongjie Special Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongjie Special Equipment"), and had discussions and exchanges with Ma Xinguo, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Heze Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Zhang Chunyu, Chairman of Zhongjie Special Equipment, to jointly explore industrial collaborative innovation within the province.
The group members first visited the Zhongjie Special Equipment Intelligent Production Workshop. As a leading enterprise in the field of green energy equipment in China, Zhongjie Special Equipment has dominated the market in sub sectors such as ultra-low temperature pressure vessels and carbon dioxide capture equipment in recent years. Its independently developed plasma arc+wire filling argon arc combination welding technology has broken through industry bottlenecks, achieved product lightweighting and performance improvement, and reached the international advanced level of technology. In the workshop, the intelligent production line operates efficiently, and core products such as large storage tanks are assembled in an orderly manner, demonstrating the company's hardcore strength.
The group members then went to Shandong Zhongke Energy Artificial Environment Co., Ltd., a brand under Zhongjie Special Equipment, to gain a deeper understanding of the company's innovative achievements in the field of clean energy equipment. The company's products such as ground source heat pumps and air source units are widely used in domestic and foreign markets with high efficiency and energy-saving characteristics, highlighting its technological layout under the "dual carbon" strategy.
Xu Shiping, Director of the Strategic Development Research Center of the Provincial Association, pointed out during the discussion and exchange that through visiting and learning, it is necessary to promote resource sharing and technology exchange among equipment manufacturing enterprises in the province. Ma Xinguo stated that Heze will rely on its local industrial foundation, actively strive for the landing of provincial key projects, promote the formation of closer supporting and cooperative relationships between leading enterprises such as Zhongjie Special Equipment and more enterprises in the province, and jointly enhance the competitiveness of Heze's equipment manufacturing industry in the province. Zhang Chunyu provided a detailed introduction to the company's development strategy, with a focus on breakthroughs in research and development in areas such as green energy equipment and pressure vessel automation. He also expressed his willingness to deepen cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises. Representatives from eight companies, including Datian Yongfeng Industrial Equipment, Shandong Kaitai Group, Baosheng Cable, Shanfa Electric, Shuibo Welding and Cutting, Tongya Automobile, Yankuang Chemical Equipment, and Hengyuan Technology, introduced the situation of their respective enterprises. Based on their own situations, they discussed and exchanged ideas on strengthening internal collaboration and building a new ecosystem for industrial development.
This event focuses on the deep integration of industry, academia, research and application through the model of "visiting and learning to strengthen the foundation, and promoting cooperation through supply and demand matching", laying a solid foundation for further strengthening the collaborative development of enterprises in the province and building a new ecosystem for industrial development.
