Notice from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on Organizing the Recommendation of Enterprises with Standardized Conditions for Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry in 2025

In order to implement the Action Plan for High Quality Development of Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry (2022-2025), strengthen the management of the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry, and in accordance with the work arrangement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, we are now organizing the recommendation of enterprises with standardized conditions for environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry, including the ninth batch of atmospheric treatment, the seventh batch of sewage treatment, the seventh batch of environmental monitoring instruments, and the sixth batch of solid waste treatment equipment. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1、 Carry out recommendation work
（1） Recommended requirements
The enterprise has independent legal personality, complies with national and local laws, regulations, standards and specifications, and conforms to national industrial policies and relevant development plans. In the past three years, there have been no major production safety and quality safety accidents, Level III (major) or above sudden environmental pollution incidents, or serious problems found in the supervision work of the State Council and relevant departments.
The enterprise meets the requirements of the corresponding fields of "Standard Conditions for Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry (Atmospheric Treatment)", "Standard Conditions for Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry (Sewage Treatment)", "Standard Conditions for Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry (Environmental Monitoring Instruments)", and "Standard Conditions for Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry (Solid Waste Treatment Equipment)".
（2） Recommended Program
Enterprises that meet relevant regulatory requirements can voluntarily apply through the "Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform"（ https://green.miit.gov.cn ）(hereinafter referred to as the platform) "Industry Standard Management - Environmental Protection Industry Material Submission Management" online submission of standard condition application forms and other related materials.
The municipal industry and information bureaus carefully verify the application materials of enterprises in their jurisdictions, put forward recommendations, fill in the recommendation summary table (Annex 1), and submit it to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology through the platform.
2. strengthen dynamic management
The municipal bureaus of industry and information technology shall strengthen the dynamic management of the announced enterprises, organize the announced enterprises in their respective jurisdictions (Annex 2) to fill in the annual information collection form online through the platform (supervision after the event-annual report of enterprises with standard conditions for environmental protection equipment), and put forward audit opinions on whether the enterprises continue to meet the relevant conditions.
3. specification submission format
请各市工业和信息化局于3月24日（星期一）17:00前将新申报企业和已公告企业的推荐审核意见、推荐汇总表、已公告企业年度信息采集表、新申报企业申请材料等纸质版材料（一式一份）通过EMS寄送至我厅，所有纸质材料电子版（盖章扫描pdf版和相关表格word或excel版），请同时发送至电子邮箱。
