Notice from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on Organizing and Carrying out Precise Industry University Research Integration and New Technology and Product Promotion Activities in the Ship and Marine Equipment Industry Chain of the Province

In order to further promote the integration and innovation of industry, academia, and research in the shipbuilding and marine equipment industry chain, meet the needs of enterprises, promote innovative achievements and products, and in accordance with the requirements of the "Shandong Province Iconic Industry Chain Industry University Research Collaborative Innovation Action Plan" jointly issued by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, a province wide ship and marine equipment industry chain industry university research precise docking and new technology and new product promotion activity will be held in Weihai City on June 28, 2024. The specific matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Time and location
Registration time and location: Thursday, June 27th, 14:00-17:00, at the Paris International Hotel in Weihai (No. 19 Huanghai Road, Weihai Economic and Technological Development Zone)
Event time and location: June 28th (Friday) 8:15-16:30, at the Paris International Hotel in Weihai
Exhibition location: China Merchants Jinling Shipbuilding (Weihai) Co., Ltd. (No. 36 Haibu Road, Huancui District, Weihai City)
2、 Main content
Industry expert keynote speeches, financial policy recommendations, case sharing, release of enterprise demand, innovative products and technologies, release of innovative achievements from universities and institutes, negotiation and docking, etc., and concurrently hold the provincial exhibition of industry university research innovation achievements in the field of shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment.
3、 Participants
Enterprises and universities in the shipbuilding and marine equipment industry chain within the province; Enterprises with technology, talent needs, and intentions to promote new technologies and products; Universities and colleges with intentions to promote innovative achievements; Industrial design innovation service institutions; Financial service institutions; Related associations and media, etc.
4、 Regarding requirements
（1） Each city's Industry and Information Technology Bureau is requested to organize enterprises with technical and talent needs, as well as new technology and product promotion intentions in the field of ships and marine equipment (each city will organize about 5 according to the actual situation) to participate on time. At the same time, a liaison officer will be designated to summarize the registration status of participants and send the summary table (Attachment 3) to the email before 12:00 on June 24th.
（2） Please prepare the demand release, innovation achievements, and product promotion PPT in advance for the units participating in the roadshow (the list will be notified separately), and send it to your email before 12:00 on June 24th. Units participating in the roadshow must arrive at the venue before 3:00 pm on June 27th to conduct equipment debugging.
（3） Units participating in the physical exhibition (the list will be notified separately) are requested to arrive at the exhibition site before 3:00 pm on June 27th and complete the construction and layout of the exhibition area.
