Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Recommending Green and Low Carbon Experts, Manufacturers, and Service Institutions _ Policy Information _ Notice Announcement

Industry associations, relevant financial institutions, and relevant units:

In order to implement the requirements of the "2024 Provincial Advanced and Applicable Green Low Carbon Technology Equipment Promotion Work Plan" issued by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and other six departments, increase the promotion of advanced and applicable green low-carbon technology equipment in the industry and information technology field in our province, accelerate the upgrading of key energy consuming equipment in the industry and information technology field, it is decided to establish four professional committees in the industry and information technology field, including the Green Low Carbon Expert Committee, the Green Low Carbon Technology Equipment Manufacturer Committee, the Green Low Carbon Service Institution Committee, and the Green Low Carbon Financial Investment Institution Committee. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Main objectives

Provide technical support and scientific decision-making advice; Provide professional resources for green and low-carbon technology equipment; Provide precise services in various aspects such as diagnostic evaluation, technological transformation implementation, financial support, and model guidance.

2、 Main scope

（1） Experts and scholars with profound academic achievements and rich practical experience in the field of green and low-carbon.

（2） A manufacturer engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of green and low-carbon technology equipment, with a certain scale and market influence.

（3） An institution that provides green and low-carbon related planning, consulting, diagnosis, testing, certification and other services, with professional qualifications and good reputation.

（4） A financial investment institution that focuses on green and low-carbon financial investment and has rich investment experience and resources.

三、申请条件

（一）严格遵守国家法律法规和相关政策，自觉维护行业秩序。

（二）在绿色低碳领域具有突出的专业能力、先进的技术实力或独特的资源优势。

（三）充分认同委员会工作，愿意积极参与委员会组织的各项活动。

四、组建程序

（一）各行业协会负责推荐本行业知名度高、具有丰富生产一线工作经验的专家，生产先进绿色低碳装备企业厂商。各金融投资机构、各有关单位可结合自身业务，自愿加入相关专业委员会。

（二）省工业和信息化厅将组织对申请材料进行审核，确定各委员会成员名单。审核通过后，向社会公示后发布。

（三）委员会成立后，将在秘书处统一协调下，按照各自职责开展工作（附件1）。

五、申报方式

申报加入专委会可通过行业协会推荐、企业自荐、专业人士举荐、各市工业和信息化局推荐等方式进行。请于6月24前，将申请材料（签字盖章扫描pdf版和word版）发送至指定电子邮箱。
