In order to stimulate the emergence of more specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Management of Gradient Cultivation of High quality Small and Medium sized Enterprises (Enterprise [2022] No. 63 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Implementation Rules for Gradient Cultivation Management of High quality Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Shandong Province (Lugongxinfa [2022] No. 8), and relevant notices, and through procedures such as enterprise self-evaluation and application, municipal audit and evaluation, and provincial summary and review, Shandong Yuntian Safety Technology Co., Ltd. and other 5724 enterprises are now announced as the first batch of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in 2024, valid until December 31, 2027.
The competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises in various cities should adhere to the focus on improving the innovation capability and professional level of small and medium-sized enterprises, actively carry out gradient cultivation of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises, continuously increase support for various types of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide good tracking services and supervision guidance. Innovative small and medium-sized enterprises should focus on their main business, strengthen innovation, strive to enhance their core competitiveness, and develop into specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, specialized, refined, and innovative "little giant" enterprises as soon as possible, making positive contributions to the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province.
