In order to implement the spirit of the provincial new industrialization promotion conference and the deployment requirements of the "Opinions of the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of the Provincial Government on the Ten Actions to Promote the High-quality Development of the Industrial Economy", in-depth implementation of the "Made in Shandong" brand promotion action and improvement Brand standards, strengthen brand cultivation, strengthen brand promotion, and help the brand building of "Hospitality Shandong Good Products Shandong, according to the" Made in Shandong "Brand Promotion Action Plan (Lu Gongxin Technology [2022] No. 214), the selection and promotion of" Made in Shandong · Qilu Boutique "in 2024 is organized. The specific matters are notified as follows:

1、 Declaration conditions

Shandong Manufacturing · Qilu Boutique "refers to products produced within the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, with clear property rights, energy conservation and environmental protection, strong innovation, excellent quality, outstanding brand, and significant economic and social benefits.

In accordance with the requirements of "international advanced and domestic leading", focusing on the task of building a strong province with advanced manufacturing industry, we focus on 11 landmark industrial chains in the province. The declared enterprises and products shall meet the requirements of the "Shandong made Qilu boutique" identification specification (T/SDAQ 0001-2023) in terms of basic conditions, scientific and technological innovation, excellent quality, outstanding brand and comprehensive benefits. Encourage industry leading enterprises, provincial (including) and above specialized new enterprises, manufacturing single champion enterprises, "time-honored" enterprises to declare.

The municipal bureaus of industry and information technology must recommend the core advantageous products of the enterprise, and the products declared by the enterprise must explicitly implement the standards and ensure the continuous production and sales of the declared products in 2024.

2、 Selection Procedure

（1） Enterprise declaration. The declared enterprise must be a registered enterprise with independent legal personality within Shandong Province. Based on the principle of voluntary participation, according to the requirements of the "Shandong Manufacturing Qilu Boutique" Certification Specification (T/SDAQ 0001-2023), the "Shandong Manufacturing Qilu Boutique" Application Form (Attachment 1) should be filled out, and provincial and central enterprises stationed in Shandong can directly submit it.

(II) preliminary recommendation. The municipal industry and information bureaus should strictly check, evaluate and demonstrate the products of the declared enterprises, strictly screen them, and form recommendations (PDF) for those that meet the conditions, and submit them to the provincial industry and information department before June 25 with the declaration form (PDF) and recommendation summary form (PDF, Excel).

Selection of (III) experts. According to the "Shandong Made Qilu Boutique" Certification Specification (T/SDAQ 0001-2023), the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Shandong Radio and Television Station, and the Provincial Quality Management Association jointly established a review committee to conduct a comprehensive review of the application materials, in accordance with the system The principles of comprehensiveness, objectivity, fairness, and scientific rigor, select a batch of "Shandong Made Qilu Boutique" to find out the "first" and "unique", with high standards to lead the "Shandong manufacturing Qilu boutique" brand promotion.

(IV) public announcement. The list of "Shandong made Qilu boutique" to be identified will be publicized online for a period of 5 working days. The announcement without objection will be jointly issued by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Shandong Radio and Television Station, and the Provincial Quality Management Association as "Made in Shandong · Qilu Boutique" in 2024 ".

3、 Promote and advertise

The industry and information bureaus of all cities in the (I) should strengthen policy interpretation and publicity, strengthen guidance and cultivation in various industries and fields, build a working foundation for "made in Shandong · Qilu boutique", enrich brand connotation and enhance brand value. Strengthen publicity and training, summarize and promote experience and practices, and lead more outstanding enterprise products to be selected as "Made in Shandong · Qilu Boutique". It is necessary to strengthen the overall coordination and organizational leadership of brand work, clarify goals and strengthen responsibilities. Provide brand cultivation, guidance and publicity services for enterprises, industries, regions, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.

(II), for the enterprises selected as "made in Shandong · Qilu boutique", we should deeply excavate and interpret a number of successful cases, play a typical demonstration and leading role, coordinate the forces of all parties, carry out a series of publicity and promotion activities, widely publicize the implementation effect of "made in Shandong · Qilu boutique" brand construction in improving the quality level and promoting high-quality development, and tell the story of Shandong quality brand, Expand Shandong brand awareness and influence.
