Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on recommending "Shandong premium equipment"
Commentary:In order to implement the "Shandong Province High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Plan (2018-2025)" (Lu Zheng Zi [2018] No. 244) and the "Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Industry Transformation and Upgrading Implementation Plan" (Lu Zheng Ban Zi [2018] No. 254) deployment, to promote the equipment enterprises in our province to accelerate the cultivation of a batch of famous and high-quality products, and to comprehensively enhance the brand image of our province's equipment, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information and Information Technology determined the "Shandong List (2019)" select a batch of equipment with "precision manufacturing, excellent performance, exquisite appearance, and lean quality" for centralized publicity and promotion. All units are requested to actively participate in the declaration. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Definition of "Shandong Fine Equipment" in 1.
"Shandong boutique equipment" refers to the domestic leading or international advanced technical indicators produced by enterprises in Shandong Province, the product performance is first-class in China, the appearance design is exquisite and beautiful, the quality is safe, stable and reliable, with independent intellectual property rights and brands, and can represent the advanced level of the industry. highlight the spirit of craftsmanship and innovative achievements of the "specialized and special new" equipment.
2. basic conditions
(I) production enterprise conditions. All production enterprises registered in the administrative area of Shandong Province, with independent legal personality, standardized management, sound system, law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, no illegal business behavior, and no major accidents in quality, safety, environmental protection, etc., can apply.
(II) products are technologically advanced. Through original innovation, integrated innovation or introduction of technology digestion, absorption and re-innovation, the products have high technical content and high added value, and the performance, key technologies and core indicators of the whole machine have reached the domestic leading or international advanced level.
The (III) quality is safe and reliable. The applicant enterprise has established a perfect quality management system and after-sales service system, and the product quality has been verified by the market to be safe and reliable, which is better than similar products in the industry. Products involving safety shall be inspected and tested by qualified testing institutions, and inspection and testing reports shall be issued. Special industry products need to provide special industry production license, compulsory product certification and other documents.
(IV) appearance design exquisite. On the basis of satisfying the product structure and function, the product appearance fully integrates beautiful, compact and exquisite industrial design elements. The overall design is scientific, perfect and creative, which can highlight the brand charm.
(V) have brand promotion value. The product is an independent innovation product. The ownership of the intellectual property rights and registered trademarks of the product is owned by the manufacturer in accordance with the law. The brand has a strong degree of recognition and can be widely recognized by users. The product conforms to the concept of green development, fully embodies energy conservation and emission reduction, ecological environmental protection, safety protection, and has a significant contribution to social progress.
3. declaration procedures and requirements
When applying for "Shandong Excellent Equipment", (I) production enterprises shall submit Annexes 1, 2 and 3 by product, which shall be glued into a book and submitted to the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology together with the electronic version. The provincial enterprise applies through the city where it is located. Only one typical product can be declared for the same type of product.
(II) Municipal Bureau of industry and information technology to the production enterprise's product application materials for preliminary examination, unified recommended to the provincial department of industry and information technology. It is suggested that all cities give priority to recommending the products of provincial high-end equipment leading (cultivation) enterprises. Each enterprise recommends no more than 3 products, and provincial enterprises shall be uniformly declared by the city where they are located. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organizes industry experts to review the products recommended by each city, and those that meet the conditions are included in the "List", and conduct centralized publicity and promotion of the products included in the "List.
(III), the municipal bureaus of industry and information technology are requested to submit the recommended documents, summary form and enterprise application materials (paper version in 2 copies) to the equipment industry department of the provincial department of industry and information technology before July 31, and send the summary form, attachment 2 and electronic version (pdf version and word version) of enterprise application materials to the e-mail box.
