Through direct subsidies, premium subsidies, risk compensation and other methods, it vigorously cultivates enterprises with independent intellectual property rights, and helps our province's "Spring Shoots Action" to achieve results.

Focus on creating comprehensive intellectual property rights. For the first authorized invention patent of enterprises, application fees and agency fees of up to 10000 yuan per case will be given based on merit; Encourage enterprises to carry out overseas intellectual property layout, provide a subsidy of 10000 yuan per application for international patents (PCT), provide a subsidy of 20000 yuan per country for those who have obtained foreign authorized invention patents, and provide a subsidy of up to 100000 yuan per country for the same invention patent authorized in multiple countries.

Focus on the comprehensive application and transformation of intellectual property rights. Provide 1 million yuan in funding support for each key core technology intellectual property project identified as a key area. For enterprises that introduce, absorb, and successfully transform high-value patents, a maximum reward of 1 million yuan will be given for each item; For service institutions that collect and store more than 500 high-value patents for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, a maximum funding subsidy of 2 million yuan will be given to each institution based on merit.

Focus on comprehensive efforts in intellectual property services. Support well-known intellectual property service brand institutions to settle in, and reward those who have obtained the "National Intellectual Property Service Brand Institution" in the province; By purchasing services through the government, bidding for high-end service institutions nationwide, and building a high-end intellectual property service team; Provide a 60% premium subsidy for enterprises to purchase patent pledge insurance, including an 80% premium subsidy for national level intellectual property demonstration enterprises to purchase patent pledge insurance.
