Notice on Convening 2019 Taishan Industry Leading Talents Project Strategic Emerging Industry Innovation Defense Review Meeting
Municipal science and technology bureaus, relevant units:
According to the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Taishan Industry Leading Talent Project" (Lu Ban Fa [2014] No. 36) and the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Application for Strategic Emerging Industry Innovation of the Taishan Industry Leading Talent Project in 2019" (Lu Ke Zi [2019] No. 14), the Provincial Department of Science and Technology will organize and convene the 2019 Taishan Industry Leading Talent Project Strategic Emerging Industry Innovation Review Conference. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Time and location
Time: July 16, 2019 (Tuesday), 1 day
Venue: Shun Geng Hall (No.28 Shun Geng Road, Lixia District, Jinan City)
2. meeting arrangements
Report in (I) defense. After the preliminary examination, the applicants who meet the application conditions (who can be inquired after logging into the application system of Talent Shandong Website (www.rcsd.cn)) must bring their valid certificates to Shun Geng Hall from 14:00 to 16:30 on July 15 for confirmation. When reporting, the applicants themselves will draw lots to determine the order of defense. Once the order of defense is determined, it shall not be changed. If the applicant himself cannot draw lots on the spot, he may entrust others in writing to draw lots on his behalf. The power of attorney shall be signed by the applicant and sealed by the applicant.
(II) the process of defense. Candidates for application shall carefully make PPT in strict accordance with the Outline of Review Statement (Annex 1). The target tasks mentioned in PPT during the management period shall be completely consistent with those listed in the declaration form submitted at the time of application, and shall not be changed, otherwise the candidate for application shall be disqualified. The reply time shall not exceed 20 minutes, of which the applicant shall play PPT statement within 10 minutes and the expert shall ask questions within 10 minutes. If it is really necessary to reply, in addition to the applicant, the applicant unit can arrange a relevant person in charge or core team member to assist in the reply (no more than 2 people enter the site to reply). In addition, no other personnel are allowed to enter the review site or stay in the surrounding area.
(III) identity confirmation. The applicant or the client shall report to the scene with the ID card, and submit the "commitment to strictly abide by the discipline of evaluation" signed by the applicant and the person in charge of the application unit (Annex 2). When replying, the applicant should show the identity documents to the conference staff and experts.
3、 Regarding requirements
(I) Municipal Science and Technology Bureaus and relevant units summarize the registration information of this city (this unit)Besides, the electronic version, stamped scanned version and reply PPT of the "2019 Taishan Industry Leading Talents Project Strategic Emerging Industry Innovation Review Meeting" (Annex 3) will be sent to the kjtrcc@shandong.cn before 16:00 on July 10. PPT files are not allowed to be replaced after being uploaded to the mailbox and will not be received within the time limit.
(II) the applicant cannot participate in the on-site defense, he shall be deemed to have given up the opportunity to declare, and must ask for leave before 16:00 on July 13. At the same time, the applicant shall make a written explanation, affix the official seal and send it to the kjtrcc@shandong.cn. Candidates and applicants who fail to ask for leave before the specified time and do not participate in the defense without reason will be included in the "blacklist" of talents and employers' dishonesty ".
(III) participants in the defense should wait at the venue one hour in advance, abide by the discipline of the venue and obey the arrangement of the conference staff. During the waiting period, they are not allowed to walk around or make loud noises. After the defense, they can leave by themselves and do not stay at the venue. If the order of reply is missed due to personal reasons of the respondent, it shall be deemed as a waiver.
All participants in the defense are (IV) to take care of their own food and accommodation.
