Productivity is the ability of humans to transform and conquer nature, and it is also the decisive force and driving force behind the continuous development of human civilization. Looking back at history, it can be seen that it is precisely with the continuous transformation and change of productivity that human civilization has been able to continue and develop. The concept of 'new quality productivity' was first mentioned by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection and research in Heilongjiang in September 2023. On January 31, 2024, during the 11th collective study session of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, General Secretary Xi emphasized the need to accelerate the development of new quality productivity and solidly promote high-quality development. On March 5, 2024, Premier Li Qiang emphasized in his government work report the need to vigorously promote the construction of a modern industrial system and accelerate the development of new quality productive forces.
Nowadays, from the central government to local governments, from state-owned enterprises to private enterprises, all are researchingNew Quality Productivity As the head of a private enterprise, I have been researching and exploring "new quality productivity" related to the business and projects of Hengbang Pump Industry recently. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and was received by Secretary General Su Hongxing and Minister Guo Guangli. We have seen and learned a lot, including discussions and research on "new quality productivity". There is a sentence that has enlightened me. As a physical operator, I can't help but think endlessly and write freely. Now, I would like to share it with all the respected business managers:
Choose a definite direction in an uncertain domestic and international environment
This sentence is like a bright light shining in my heart, and every time I think of it, I can't help but think. It is said that the current global economic environment is not good, but why can some companies still develop rapidly, why do some companies naturally stagnate, why do some companies only blame the heavens and others but do not strive for progress and sit idly by, why do some companies know how to be grateful to society and the country, and while striving to improve and develop, they still insist on contributing and giving?
Uncertainty "is a topic of" certainty "in today's world, and governments, international economic organizations, academia, and industry are exploring it with unprecedented enthusiasm, attempting to find certainty in a world of uncertainty. The increasing instability factors in the global economy have led to businesses facing an increasingly uncertain environment. In this context, the strategic choices and practices of enterprises have indeed become more difficult. However, successful enterprises can still find their interests in uncertain environments and develop strategic plans to quickly adapt to changes.
The principle that 'choice is greater than effort' is understood by most people. In the turbulent domestic and international economic environment, instead of blindly seeking medical treatment and following the trend, it is better to stick to one's duties, choose the most suitable and determined direction, find the door to the development of the enterprise, and ultimately break out of the "eight door golden lock array". This requires companies to focus on a longer-term future, consider various possible changes in the situation, predict the risks and challenges that companies may face under different environmental conditions, identify development directions and maintain flexibility, constantly change and adjust existing strategic plans, continuously adapt to changes in the socio-economic environment, and at the same time, clarify their core competitiveness and positioning, and choose and determine the direction and goals of future planning.
In the years affected by the COVID-19, some enterprises had to find a new way to survive and go across the industry to do some new industries. For example, machine tool processing enterprises started masks. Some enterprises lost their foreign markets and directly cut off their lives. They simply choseLying flat, the employees complained loudly. However, some companies do not deviate because they choose a certain direction and will not forget their original intention and steadfastly move forward.
Over the years, Hengbang Pump Industry has continuously improved its management level, strictly controlled production costs, and continuously improved and enhanced the execution standards of product quality, production processes, and production efficiency. Nowadays, we have gained recognition from more and more new and old customers, and have received more orders year by year. While improving the efficiency of the enterprise, we are moving further and more steadily in the selected direction.
Human history is a history of continuous development from the kingdom of necessity to the kingdom of freedom
On March 11, 2024, Professor Konrad, the father of simulation software for the foundry industry at Aachen University in Germany, introduced the WinCast series of intelligent simulation software for casting and had a technical exchange with our company, Hengbang Pump Industry. He shared with me a viewpoint that our production and operation should go from being aware later to being aware earlier, realizing the concept of "from the kingdom of necessity to the kingdom of freedom". This is also the further deepening and practice of Mao Zedong Thought on the development path of contemporary China.
必然王国是以物支配人，听天由命,后知后觉；自由王国则是以人支配物，先知先觉，再实现当下可靠自由地完成预设结果。而“新质生产力”，其实就是从必然王国向自由王国发展的必然载体、必经之路和可靠工具。
这“新质生产力”，从字面意思上看，是有别于传统生产力的新型生产力，是以科技创新、工业仿真乃至人工智能为主导的生产力，是摆脱传统经济增长方式、生产力发展路径，具有高科技、高效能、高质量和高智能特征，符合新发展理念要求的新型先进生产力质态。在很多人看来，所谓“新质生产力”其实就是创新——管理创新、技术创新，我个人并不完全认同，我认为不能仅从字面上理解“新质生产力”，而应该是从源头上解决问题，创新只是创新，而非“新质生产力”。
新质生产力，起点是“新”，关键在“质”，落脚于“生产力”。生产力是推动社会进步的最活跃、最革命的要素。社会主义的根本任务就是解放和发展社会生产力。党的二十大强调，“科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力”。实验室里的新技术，还需要通过新质产业，不断地形成推动经济社会发展的新动能。
由此我想到一个问题：每个企业都有生产流程图，并在不断改进，可是这张图是什么呢，现在不断改进后呈现的这张图是什么，又变成了什么，差别在哪里？或许，具体操作技术和生产流程的确有所改进，但似乎只是换汤不换药、治标不治本，试问：这就是所谓的“新质生产力”？我认为不是，在此，我提出个人对“新质生产力”的一个认识：新质生产力，是从后知后觉到正知正觉再到先知先觉的一种生产力的质态转变和质态飞跃，是“先知先觉的生产力”的代名词，是思想上的一种引领，一种掌控,是有的放矢的一种时时可控的精准和灵动的计划。
我们曾为一家合作企业代工日本东芝的零部件，后来日方发现这批零件的工艺明显优于之前的，于是日本东芝专门派来16人技术团队，到我们恒邦泵业实地验证，现场看到除了规范的管理、先进的工艺、严格的质量管控之外，我们优于同行的核心竞争力，就是铸造WinCast软件的应用，它通过强大的算力，不仅模拟了熔炼、热处理等生产过程，也预测了产品在后续使用过程中可能出现的问题，提前发现缺陷，真正做到了“先知先觉”。真实的感受和体验让日方客户折服，迅速与我方确立了进一步交流合作的意向，并签署了更大的订单。
我们恒邦泵业之所以能做到不断实现自我提升，并不是靠不断撞南墙的魄力去试错从而改进，那样的成本代价高昂，我们只是把许多工艺问题做了有效和准确的工艺预知,预见和预测，把问题控制在质量问题出现之前，不是干与不干，而是先知先觉，其实就是从必然王国到自由王国的一种转变。为此，我们专门成立了山东省内第一个流体力学运算中心，通过建模运算实现生产工艺和大数据的时时分析处理和精准技术预判，从根本上预知产品性能。多年来，我们一直致力于打破传统壁垒，不断开拓进取精益求精，今后我们也将力图继续寻求符合我们自身发展需求的“新质生产力”，真正实现从必然王国到自由王国的转变。以勇当行业先锋的精神,迎接和拥抱下一个人工智能时代的“新质生产力”的风口，在满足企业自身需求的同时，为地区行业水平乃至国内行业技术变革、水平提升贡献恒邦泵业思路、规划、实践经验和定向服务。
