The Provincial Department of Emergency Management and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology recently jointly announced the list of suppliers for the "mechanization replacement, automation reduction, and intelligent unmanned" transformation needs and technical equipment. In order to further enhance the production mechanization, automation, and intelligence level of enterprises in non coal mines, hazardous chemicals, metallurgy and non-ferrous industries, Shandong Province is soliciting relevant technology suppliers and transformation needs from the whole province. After enterprise application, city recommendation, and expert review, a total of 116 technical equipment suppliers and 24 transformation needs have been determined.
In recent years, Shandong has continuously promoted the construction of "mechanization of personnel replacement, automation of personnel reduction, and intelligent unmanned", adhered to data empowerment of safety production, and improved the intrinsic safety level of enterprises through modern information technology. It is reported that the selected technology equipment suppliers shall carry out work in accordance with the provisions of the Safety Production Law, the Technology Contract Law, and other regulations to ensure safe production. During the process of technology transfer and transformation, they shall actively seek tax incentives for technology transfer and policy support for technology transformation from relevant departments in accordance with relevant regulations to ensure that accidents do not occur during the transformation process. In case of accidents caused by unsafe technology provided by technology suppliers, they shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
