“十大扩需求”行动，首位是基础设施“七网”行动。“作为交通强国全国首个、唯一一个省域示范区，山东加快推进公铁水空轨道等综合交通项目建设，努力将有效投资化作扩大内需、助推高质量发展的‘压舱石’。”省交通运输厅厅长孟庆斌说。到11月底，全省交通运输投资累计完成2866.5亿元，完成年度投资任务的106.1%。
