He has a detailed understanding of the implementation of policies such as autonomy in the use of scientific research funds. Li Keqiang is very concerned about the employment of graduates. At Dalian University of Technology, he listened to this year's employment report and communicated with the graduates, encouraging them to say that they have completed their studies well, sang their graduation song well, and will continue to sing their employment song well in the next step, contributing to the development of the country. A graduate said that they rely on their parents' part-time jobs and student loans to go to school, and they hope to start working immediately after graduation.
