After listening to the report, Chairman Cai Suping and President Chen Bao requested that the company ensure the completion of the "first quarter good start" task and various business indicators, promote Hainachuan to fully achieve the "first quarter good start", make a good development plan for the enterprise, focus on the "four major transformations", deepen the development connotation, clarify the product, technology, and market development path that supports the high-quality development of the enterprise, continue to deepen cooperation with global partners, and promote the expansion and strengthening of business sectors. And put forward hopes and requirements for strengthening the guarantee measures for achieving business indicators, optimizing the top-level design of enterprise development, and accelerating the realization of high-quality development.
Chairman Cai Suping has given important instructions on further optimizing the top-level design of Bohai Automobile, promoting the company to become bigger, more solid, and stronger. He pointed out that Bohai Automobile needs to strengthen the development research of its major business sectors, innovate development thinking, optimize development paths, and drive the continuous growth and strength of its piston, lightweight and other business sectors. We need to use project management to ensure the implementation of the "Four Major Transformations", further strengthen the collaboration between Bohai Automotive R&D forces and Hainachuan Technology Center R&D forces, and form a two-level R&D synergy. We need to increase efforts in global cooperation and market expansion, optimize corporate governance structure, strengthen the construction of dispatched management teams and talent teams.
In the afternoon, Chairman Cai Suping went to his party building contact point, the Party branch of Machining Plant 1, for on-site guidance, listened to the branch's work report, fully affirmed the branch's party member points system, branch committee assistance sinking frontline system, party member project system, party member demonstration post selection system and other work, and highly praised the branch's promotion of positive energy, creation of a clean and upright atmosphere, serious promotion of Hainachuan's compliance and integrity culture, efforts to implement, and support for product transformation. 随后，蔡速平董事长、陈宝总裁一行与滨州市委书记佘春明，市委副书记、市长宇向东等领导会见。佘春明感谢北汽集团对滨州经济社会发展的大力支持和所作贡献。他说，当前滨州市正在深入贯彻全省“担当作为、狠抓落实”工作动员大会精神，加快机制体制创新，提升干事创业精气神，进一步优化营商环境、提升发展质量。今后，滨州市将一如既往、全力以赴优化政府资源配置，为北汽集团在滨州发展提供良好服务。蔡速平董事长简要介绍了北汽集团、海纳川公司发展情况。他表示，北汽集团将继续加大、加快在滨州的投入，进一步做实渤海汽车这一上市公司，优化滨州区域汽车轻量化、活塞、轮毂产品的发展，为滨州经济社会发展作出积极贡献。
