Binzhou Bohai Pistons held the launching ceremony of the 2018 All Staff Skills Competition

Recently, the launching ceremony of the "Promoting the Skill Enhancement of All Employees and Assisting Enterprise Transformation and Development" Skills Competition of Binzhou Bohai Piston Co., Ltd., the vice president unit of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, was held in the first conference room on the fourth floor of the office building. The third place general manager, union chairman Cui Gang, and all members of the 10th union committee attended.

The meeting specially invited five contestants who returned from the just concluded 6th Shandong Province Employee Vocational Skills Competition with honors to share their acceptance speeches, preparation process, and experience of participating in the competition, taking advantage of this opportunity to help kick off the start of our company's all staff skills competition.

Cui Gang presided over the launch ceremony and pointed out that the purpose of this competition is to closely focus on the company's "six innovation" center work, promote the emergence of skilled talents, accelerate innovation transformation and development, promote the transformation of old and new driving forces of enterprises, and promote the healthy development of enterprises. He hopes that several skilled craftsmen who have achieved excellent results can do a good job of mentoring and creating a competitive atmosphere of learning and catching up with each other. Subsequently, the conference approved the types of work and related matters for the competition participants. Yuan Boxiang from Jisan Factory and Song Wenping from Bohai Precision Machinery respectively made statements on behalf of the contestants and judges.
