Warm congratulations to Yuangen Petrochemical for successfully passing the IATF 16949:2017 quality management system audit

From August 3rd to 5th, 2018, the audit team of Jiangsu Aikai International Standard Certification Co., Ltd. conducted a three-day second phase audit of the IATF16949:2017 new standard for Yuangen Petrochemical Co., Ltd., the vice president unit of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association. Zhang Lingyin, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, Wang Chunying, Deputy General Manager, Liang Changliang, Deputy General Manager, Yuan Junzhou, Chief Engineer, and relevant department heads participated in the audit.

IATF16949:2017 is a quality management system standard for the automotive industry developed by IATF (International Automotive Task Force) based on ISO 9001:2015 and taking into account the specific requirements of the automotive industry. IATF is a specialized organization established in 1996 by major automobile manufacturers and associations around the world. At present, this standard has become a basic requirement for the common and only quality management system in the automotive industry worldwide.

During the three-day audit, the audit team experts conducted strict audits of various departments and production plants through two forms: reviewing documents and conducting on-site inspections. All departments of the company actively cooperate and provide timely documents and records required for the audit, and answer the questions of the auditors seriously. The audit team has made a high evaluation of the operation of the company's quality management system, believing that the company's senior management attaches great importance to the system, implements the requirements of the system into various work requirements, and continuously improves, so that the system can continue to operate efficiently.

After a three-day audit, the audit team believes that the company's quality management system can operate effectively and has established a quality management system that meets the IATF16949 standard, customer and stakeholder requirements. The quality management assurance capability of certified products is affirmed, and it is recommended that Yuangen Petrochemical Company pass the IATF16949:2017 quality management system audit!
