Recently, the National Standardization Management Committee approved the support for Shandong to carry out the first batch of national standardization innovation and development pilot projects, with a pilot work period of three years.
According to the approval requirements, the pilot work should conscientiously implement the "National Standardization Development Outline", implement the "Guiding Opinions on Leading the Implementation of the" Four Transformations "in the Pilot Program of National Standardization Innovation Development", accelerate the improvement of Shandong's standardization innovation development system, mechanism and policy framework, build a standard system that leads high-quality development, enhance the efficiency of standardization governance, comprehensively enhance Shandong's standardization innovation ability, take the lead in achieving the "Four Transformations", create a highland for standardization innovation development, and form a batch of replicable and promotable experiences.
It is reported that Shandong has achieved positive results since taking the lead in carrying out the national standardization comprehensive reform pilot in 2018. The province is deeply implementing the standardization strategy, deepening the reform of standardization work in accordance with the law, innovating the standardization management system and mechanism, optimizing the structure of standard supply, consolidating the foundation of standard technology, deepening the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Standard Support Project, the Ocean Strong Province Standard Innovation Project, the New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Standard Navigation Project, and the Public Service Standard Guarantee Project, accelerating the formation of a standard system that promotes high-quality development, achieving historic breakthroughs in comprehensive reform, and providing important support for the reform of the national standardization system.
