Notice on Publicly Soliciting Group Standard Projects of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association for 2022
All member companies and relevant units:
In order to implement the spirit of the "National Standardization Development Outline" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council and the "Equipment Manufacturing Industry Standardization and Quality Improvement Plan" issued by the National Standardization Management Committee, establish and improve a unified equipment manufacturing industry standard system, and further promote the equipment in our province High-quality development of the manufacturing industry. In accordance with the requirements of the "Shandong Provincial Professional Standardization Technical Committee Management Measures (Trial)", the 2022 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association Group Standard Project is now solicited for the industry. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. basic principles
(I) market orientation. Persist in giving play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of equipment manufacturing standardization resources, stimulate the vitality of market entities, and revise the association group standards based on market demand and industrial development needs to enhance the competitiveness of standards.
(II) innovation driven. Fully implement the requirements of deepening standardization work, strengthen scientific and technological innovation as the driving force, promote the integration of scientific and technological research and development, standard development and industrial development, and improve the technical level of standards in the field of equipment manufacturing.
(III) voluntary participation. According to the requirements of deepening the standardization work, the unit voluntarily participates in the preparation and revision of the association group standard.
2、 Scope of solicitation
Enterprises, institutions, scientific research institutes and other institutions with independent legal personality in the equipment manufacturing industry and related fields shall carry out the revision of standards according to the requirements. The preparation unit shall have a high technical level or strong comprehensive competitiveness or other representativeness in the relevant field.

(1) Metal products industry (excluding Tang porcelain, stainless steel, and similar daily metal products manufacturing industry).
(2) General equipment manufacturing industry.
(3) Special equipment manufacturing industry (excluding medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry).
(4) Transportation equipment manufacturing industry (excluding motorcycle and bicycle manufacturing).
(5) Electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing (excluding the manufacturing of batteries, household electrical and non-electrical household appliances and lighting appliances).
(6) Communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing (excluding home audio-visual equipment manufacturing).
(7) Instrument and cultural office machinery manufacturing industry (excluding glasses and cultural/office machinery manufacturing industry).
(8) Repair of metal products, machinery and equipment.
4、 Material submission
1. The "Application for Group Standard Project Establishment of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association" (see attachment) should be filled out and stamped with the official seal of the applying unit, and mailed to the association.
