Notice on Publicly Soliciting Expert Members of the Standardization Working Committee of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

All member companies and relevant units:

To implement the spirit of the "National Standardization Development Outline" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and the "Standardization and Quality Improvement Plan for Equipment Manufacturing Industry" issued by the National Standardization Management Committee, establish and improve a unified equipment manufacturing industry standard system, and further promote the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in our province. According to the relevant requirements of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, the Standardization Working Committee of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Standardization Committee") has been officially established, mainly responsible for the construction of the standard system, formulation, revision, and implementation of standards in the field of equipment manufacturing. According to the requirements of the "Management Measures for the Professional Standardization Technical Committee of Shandong Province (Trial)", we are now soliciting expert members of the standardization committee from the industry. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Scope of solicitation

Standardization experts in higher education institutions, research institutions, enterprises, and equipment manufacturing fields both within and outside the province.

2、 Solicitation conditions

（1） Has high political and ideological qualities and good professional ethics, works rigorously, fairly, honestly, pragmatically, and has no bad records.

（2） Having intermediate or above professional and technical positions or holding corresponding administrative positions, with more than five years of standardization work experience, familiar with standardization laws, regulations, and related fields of standardization work, having undertaken the drafting and revision of national standards, industry standards, landmarks, and enterprise standards, and possessing one of the following abilities:

1. Proficient in the working procedures of the Standardization Working Committee;

2. Proficient in building standard systems;

3. Proficient in standardized project management;

4. Capable of drafting, developing, and reviewing standards.

（3） Age requirement: Under 70 years old, in good health, with time and energy to undertake standardized work.

3、 Job responsibilities

（1） Participate in the discussion of major standardization issues in the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province;

（2） Participate in the formulation and revision of standards, the construction of standardization committees, and the formulation, revision, and review of group standards;

（3） Hiring to participate in standardized training and teaching work;

（4） Participate in standardization project consulting and service work in various fields of the equipment industry;

（5） Participate in other related standardization work.

4、 Material submission

1. The applicant shall fill out the "Application Form for Expert Members of the Standardization Committee of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association" (see attachment) and affix the official seal of the unit through unit recommendation or individual application.

2. Please send the electronic version of the registration form (including a Word version with electronic photos, named "Standardization Committee Unit Name Member Name") and relevant supporting documents to the association email before April 30, 2022.

3. The term of office of each committee member shall be implemented in accordance with the "Management Measures of Shandong Provincial Professional Standardization Technical Committee", and the recommended candidates by the recommending units shall be able to maintain a certain degree of stability during the current term.
