Notice from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on Organizing and Recommending National and Provincial Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprises for 2022

Each city's industrial and information technology bureau, relevant enterprises:

In order to deepen the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy, strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in technological innovation, establish a group of leading enterprises with strong technological innovation capabilities, outstanding industrialization achievements, mastery of key core technologies, and demonstration and leading roles, in accordance with the requirements of the "Management Measures for the Recognition of Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises (Trial)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Lianke [2010] No. 540, hereinafter referred to as the "Management Measures") and the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the Recommendation of National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises in 2022" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Kehan [2022] No. 74), we are now organizing the recommendation of national and provincial technological innovation demonstration enterprises in 2022. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Recommendation of Provincial Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprises

On the basis of voluntary participation by enterprises, it is recommended to apply for enterprises with key core technology breakthroughs and outstanding achievements in industrialization in key areas of manufacturing. The basic conditions of enterprises should comply with the relevant provisions of the Management Measures. Each city recommends no more than 10 enterprises, and provincial enterprises can submit directly.

2、 Recommendation of National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprises

Each city's Bureau of Industry and Information Technology should recommend one enterprise from the recognized provincial-level technology innovation demonstration enterprises to apply, and provincial-level enterprises can directly submit their applications. Our department will organize expert discussions in accordance with the "Management Measures" and recommend the best candidates.

3、 Other requirements

The declaring enterprise should prepare according to the declaration material template (Attachment 1). Each city's Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and provincial enterprises should strictly control the application materials, and submit the recommended documents, recommended enterprise summary table (Attachment 2), and enterprise application materials (one paper version and one electronic version CD) to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before May 13th. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the material collection work has been entrusted to the Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Innovation Promotion Association for acceptance.
