In order to further implement the various policies and measures of the country and our province to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the work arrangements for carrying out the "Benefit Enterprises Together" small and medium-sized enterprise service action notice, fully leverage the advantages of platform services, help small and medium-sized enterprises make timely use of and make full use of support policies at all levels, solve the problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in innovation and development, transformation and upgrading, and assist small and medium-sized enterprises in sustainable and healthy development. The Shandong Association for the Promotion of Small and Medium sized Enterprise Service Institutions, Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Shandong Cosmetics Industry Association, and Shandong Anke Blockchain Industry Development Research Institute jointly organized the second special training course for "Chief Policy Officers" of small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming to cultivate a group of professional and composite talents who know, understand, use, and enjoy policies for the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Main leaders and policy specialists of small and medium-sized enterprises;

2. Responsible persons for relevant industrial parks and platforms.

3、 Training Content

This training session will focus on the recognition of high-tech enterprises, the deduction of R&D expenses, and the improvement of intelligent talent management.
