Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on the Announcement of the Second Batch of Cooperative Banks for Risk Compensation of "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" Enterprise Loans

Each city's Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Municipal Finance Bureau, and all banking and financial institutions in the province:

In order to implement the national and provincial policies and measures to support the development of "specialized, refined, distinctive, and new" small and medium-sized enterprises, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Finance closely follow the needs of enterprises and have studied and formulated the "Implementation Rules for Risk Compensation of" Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and New "Small and Medium sized Enterprise Loans in Shandong Province" (Lugong Xinrong [2021] No. 226), actively guiding banks to increase their support for characteristic loans such as credit loans, listing cultivation loans, and medium - and long-term project loans.

To further expand the scope of policy support and guide more credit funds to support the development of "specialized, refined, unique, and new" small and medium-sized enterprises, we have organized the selection process for the second batch of cooperative banks. We plan to select 9 banks, including the Shandong Branch of the National Development Bank, to be included in the second batch of cooperative banks and make them public. Please cooperate with all banks to provide accurate credit matching services for small and medium-sized enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Organizing and Carrying out Provincial 'Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New' Bank Credit Matching Services".

The list of cooperative banks and exclusive credit products are as follows:

1、 China Development Bank Shandong Branch. Mainly products such as "specialized, refined, unique, and new" enterprise project loans and medium - to long-term loans.

2、 Export Import Bank Shandong Branch. The main products are innovative inclusive finance direct loans and "specialized, refined, and innovative" enterprise project loans.

3、 Bank of Communications Shandong Branch. Mainly products such as "Quick and Easy Payment", "Online Tax Integration", and "Smart Integration".

4、 Postal Savings Bank of China Shandong Branch. Mainly products such as "Specialized and Innovative Credit Loans", "Corporate Quick Loans", and "Tax Loan Connect".

5、 Zhejiang Commercial Bank Jinan Branch. Mainly products such as "specialized and innovative enterprise loans", "smart manufacturing loans", and "standard factory housing loans".

六、招商银行济南分行。主要是“专精特新贷”“投联贷”“三板贷”等产品。

七、华夏银行济南分行。主要是“专精特新信用贷”“房抵贷”“年审制贷”等产品。

八、中信银行济南分行。主要是“科创e贷”“科创e链”“抵押贷”等产品。

九、平安银行济南分行。主要是“新微贷”“KYB数保贷”等产品。
