Vice President of China Machinery Industry Federation Zhang Kelin
（2018.03.16）
Dear guests, ladies and gentlemen, friends:
Today, we gather together to discuss the new development of equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province and the western region. On behalf of the China Machinery Industry Federation, I would like to extend a sincere welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the guests and friends who have attended the Western China International Fair! rightCongratulations on the launch of 'Good Product Shandong' into the western region!
Spring and scenery are bright, everything is updated. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward clear and specific requirements for the development of high-end manufacturing, stating that China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage, and that efforts should be made to accelerate the construction of a strong manufacturing country and the development of advanced manufacturing industries. with“一带一路”、国际产能合作战略的稳步推进，我国正在推动形成全面开放的新格局。
Thank you all!
