The new year of 2026 is approaching, and on this new starting point full of hope and dreams, on behalf of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, I would like to extend my sincerest greetings and New Year's wishes to colleagues in the equipment manufacturing industry in the province, as well as leaders and friends from all walks of life who have long cared about and supported the development of Shandong's equipment manufacturing industry!

In 2025, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association has always been in line with the development of the industry and the development of enterprises. With the responsibility of a 5A level social organization, it has delivered a solid answer sheet in building platforms, promoting collaboration, and strengthening services.

We insist on making innovation the primary driving force, and have established an industrial ecology that integrates innovation among large, medium, and small enterprises through the selection of the "Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Award"; The award-winning projects cover key industries in high-end equipment, presenting three distinct features: significantly enhanced independent controllability and breakthrough capabilities in key core technologies, increasingly evident integration of intelligence and digitization, and sustained green, low-carbon, energy-saving, and environmental benefits. They have strong economic, social, and strategic value in promoting the transformation of industries to high-end, supporting major national strategic needs, and enhancing international competitiveness.

Under the guidance of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, we continue to carry out the "Shandong Province High end Equipment New Industrialization Innovation and Creativity Competition" and the "Skill Xinglu - Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Vocational Skills Series Competition", constantly innovating competition forms, improving competition quality, promoting learning, training, evaluation, and construction through competitions, and continuously improving the scientific, standardized, and professional level of competitions. We have cultivated and selected a large number of technical talents, skilled talents, and management talents for enterprises, and become the backbone of promoting industrial innovation and development.

我们积极搭建省内外企业合作桥梁，探索创新链、产业链、协作链“三链融合”发展新路径，加速形成覆盖全省、辐射全国、链接全球的装备制造协同发展新高地：先后组织共计近600家企业分别参加“青岛市标杆企业研学游”、“2025年鲁湘两省工程机械产业链合作发展大会”、“暖城赋能 泉涌商机-2025年鲁蒙产业对接合作大会”、“2025年全省装备制造产业链供需合作内循环交流大会”、“2025年山东省高端智能装备产业创新发展交流大会”等一系列重要的国内外产业交流合作活动；参访三一集团、中联重科、中船发动机、中加特电气、伊莱特能源装备等数十家等国内行业标杆企业，推动我省优质企业进入当地龙头企业的供应商和服务商体系，构建起产业链协同生态圈；成功推动“沿黄九省（区）高端装备制造产业联盟”建设，促进跨区域产业协同创新发展，这一联盟将充分发挥沿黄省区的产业互补优势，推动能源装备、航空航天装备、农业装备、交通运输设备等区域优势资源深度融合，开启区域协同创新发展新篇章；组织企业参加“2025年长沙国际工程机械博览会-国际专场对接活动”、“2025印尼国际煤炭及能源工业博览会”、“中国（山东）-俄罗斯（莫斯科）经贸合作推介会”等一系列国际展会及交流活动，助力企业深化全球合作、融入双循环格局，拓宽了开放合作发展新航道带领行业企业在更广阔的国际市场中淬炼成长、彰显价值。

Under the guidance and support of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Big Data Service Platform" created by the association has been officially released. This platform integrates upstream and downstream data resources of the industrial chain, providing detailed and reliable information support for the government's precise policy implementation, industry scientific decision-making, and efficient operation of enterprises; Empowering with data makes the pulse of the industry clearer, development trends more transparent, and service docking more precise, also marking the leap of the association's service capabilities from traditional models to digitalization and intelligence.

In 2025, the association will add more than 100 core member enterprises, and the membership team will continue to grow, covering 130 districts and counties in 16 cities throughout the province, covering 8 major categories of equipment manufacturing industry, and the regional and industry representativeness will continue to strengthen; The expert database has been expanded to more than 500 people, and the service areas have extended from industrial technology to enterprise management, international financial and tax planning, financial law, and other full chain and all-round fields; Throughout the year, nearly 100 national and provincial-level R&D platforms and honorary qualifications were awarded for serving and cultivating enterprises. More than 200 scientific and technological achievement evaluations were conducted, and more than 30 various standards were formulated to further enhance the cohesion of the association with precise and professional service capabilities.

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed the construction of a modern industrial system, high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement, and comprehensive green transformation, which has drawn a clear blueprint for us. The upcoming year 2026 is the starting year of the 15th Five Year Plan and a crucial year for the construction of a new industrialized province. Challenges and opportunities coexist, and we must maintain the clarity and determination of not being afraid of clouds blocking our eyes.

We will continue to focus on the selection of the "Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Award", concentrate on the high-end equipment manufacturing track, concentrate on cultivating new quality productivity, and enhance the independent and controllable level of key technologies; Cultivate more innovation platforms at or above the provincial level, the first set of technological equipment, and high-quality specialized and innovative enterprises, making "Shandong Creation" the industry's calling card; Promote the penetration and application of industrial large-scale models and artificial intelligence in the entire process of research and development design, production and manufacturing, and operation and maintenance services, and create more typical application scenarios and intelligent production lines; Optimize the mechanisms of innovation and creativity competitions and vocational skills competitions, cultivate more high-tech, high skilled, and management talents, and provide inexhaustible talent support for industrial innovation and development.

我们将大力推动“山东省装备制造业大数据服务平台”应用，打通产业链数据孤岛；以“沿黄九省（区）高端装备制造产业联盟”为样板，推动建立跨省区创新协作机制；以绿色低碳发展为引领，推广标杆企业经验，实现重点行业设备能效大幅提升；推动深化3830集群发展格局，提升本地产业配套率，推动供应链安全建设。

We will continue to be committed to high-level open cooperation, organize more enterprises to participate in high-end international industry exhibitions and exchange activities, assist in the globalization layout of enterprises, achieve internal and external dual circulation mutual promotion, enhance the added value of high-end equipment exports, and improve the brand premium ability of "Premium Equipment · Made in Shandong".
