7. Greening of photovoltaics. Including green design and manufacturing of photovoltaic products, recycling and reuse of retired photovoltaic modules, remanufacturing of photovoltaic module components, evaluation and certification of photovoltaic "carbon footprint", and traceability system of photovoltaic supply chain.
8. Key information technologies. Including intelligent scheduling and operation of photovoltaic systems, as well as communication and information systems for intelligent photovoltaic systems, flexible power electronics, smart microgrids, virtual power plants, industrial software, industrial robots, and other directions.
9. Advanced photovoltaic products. Including high conversion efficiency perovskite and stacked solar cells, flexible solar cells, as well as related industrial chain supporting high-quality, high reliability, low-cost equipment and materials.
10. New facilities and empirical testing. Including intelligent photovoltaic systems for new infrastructure such as data centers and 5G, and the construction of photovoltaic applications and empirical testing for typical scenarios such as extreme cold, extreme heat, high humidity, low radiation, and high salt spray.
2、 Declaration conditions
The applicant is the case organization and implementation unit, which can be related application units, manufacturing enterprises, the park where the case is located, third-party integration service agencies, etc. The relevant cases should meet the following conditions:
1. An intelligent photovoltaic application or service system with distinctive service content and close to the actual development of the region has been established;
2. Adopt no less than 3 types of intelligent photovoltaic products (generally provided by enterprises that meet the "Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry Standards and Conditions (2024 Edition)") or services, and provide large-scale (centralized 10MW or more, distributed 1MW or more) intelligent photovoltaic services; For individual projects of intelligent photovoltaics and building integration applications in the fields of architecture and urban areas, photovoltaic assistance projects, as well as highway service areas and gas station projects in the field of transportation applications, the installed capacity shall not be less than 0.1MW;
3. Photovoltaic systems installed on buildings should have emergency automatic power-off function and be firmly connected to the building body to ensure structural safety, fire safety, and no water leakage. For integrated development with other industries, the dominant function should not be affected;
4. Possess flexible service expansion capabilities and long-term operational capabilities, innovative models with independent innovation, continuous operation, and profitability, and development plans for continuously improving service capabilities and enriching service content.
3、 Organize and implement
(1) The applying unit shall strictly follow the requirements of the notice and the attachment format (which can be downloaded from the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), fill in the application form for typical cases of intelligent photovoltaics in a standardized manner, and submit the application materials to the provincial industrial and information technology competent department where it is located.
(2) Provincial industrial and information technology authorities, together with housing and urban-rural development, transportation, agriculture and rural areas, and energy authorities, conduct on-site inspections and expert evaluations, recommend enterprises and projects based on the evaluation results, and issue recommendation letters.
