On December 21st, the 2025 Dezhou Equipment Manufacturing Industry Science and Technology Innovation High Quality Development Conference and the Second Member Conference were held grandly. The theme of this conference is "Innovation Empowering Integrated Development", aiming to consolidate industry consensus, solve development problems, deepen industrial cooperation, and build a high-end docking platform for multi-party collaboration among government, industry, academia, research, and media. The conference announced the results of the election for the Texas Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and issued a letter of appointment. Through democratic voting at the first general meeting of the second session, 28 members including Chen Fei, Chairman of Dezhou Hengli Electric Co., Ltd., were selected as members of the second council of the association; Through the vote of the board of directors, Chen Fei was elected as the chairman, Fan Kejian was elected as the supervisor, Wan Xinhai, Gao Yonggang, Lin Gaofeng, Wei Dongpo, Jia Yanjun, Tai Rongjian, Chang Fuhua, Luan Qinghua, and Bai Qingli were elected as vice chairmen, and Gong Fangbin was elected as the secretary-general.

In his speech, Chen Fei reviewed the specific work carried out by the Dezhou Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association during the 14th Five Year Plan period, and shared the association's future development plan and vision. He pointed out that the association should closely follow the requirements of the 15th Five Year Plan, take the opportunity of vigorously developing new quality productive forces, fully play the role of a bridge and link between the government and enterprises, promote the smooth flow of technology and information between enterprises and schools, strengthen policy docking and service guarantees, and inject strong impetus into the intelligent, green, and integrated development of Dezhou's equipment manufacturing industry.

Sun Hongkui, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Dezhou City, highly affirmed the important role played by industry associations in serving the development of enterprises and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading in his speech. He emphasized that in the next step, the Industry Development Office of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will deepen linkage and cooperation with the Dezhou Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, promote complementary advantages, joint efforts, and innovative development of both sides, and gather strength for the high-quality development of the city's equipment manufacturing industry.
