On November 7th, guided by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province and hosted by the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, the Shandong Province "Skill Xinglu" Vocational Skills Competition - Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Industry Vocational Skills Competition Mold Digital Design and Manufacturing Technology (Mold Worker) competition officially kicked off at Heze Vocational College. The purpose of this competition is to thoroughly implement the national strategies of "talent power" and "skill power", promote the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry, and accelerate the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.
At the opening ceremony, Huang Dedong, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, delivered a speech on behalf of the organizing unit. He stated that we are currently in a critical period of deepening the development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, and skilled talents have become an important cornerstone to support the transition from "Made in China" to "Created in China". As a major industrial province, Shandong is making every effort to promote the transformation of old and new driving forces, build a modern industrial system, and urgently needs a skilled and structurally sound team of skilled talents.
Huang Dedong emphasized that this competition is not only a platform for skill comparison, but also an important platform for promoting the spirit of craftsmanship, setting professional standards, facilitating talent development, and empowering high-quality development. This competition is organized by Heze Vocational College, co organized by Heze Technician College, Guangzhou Zhongwang Longteng Software Co., Ltd., and Delitian Technology Co., Ltd. The competition is closely integrated with the digital and intelligent development trend of the mold industry, focusing on assessing the comprehensive abilities of participants in digital design and manufacturing processes. It is a vivid practice to promote the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation.
The contestants represent outstanding skilled talents in the field of molds from all over the province and various industries, and will compete and showcase their skills on the field. The referee team promises to abide by their duties, officiate impartially, and ensure that the game is fair, just, and open.
