Seal Management System of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

Article 1  In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of this association and exercise its powers correctly, in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social Organizations, this method is formulated.

Article 2  The seal of this association includes the association seal, financial special seal, legal representative seal, and other special seals used by internal offices, all of which are within the scope of management of these measures.

Article 3  Permission to use seals

1The use of the association seal should be approved by the association president and secretary-general;

2The seal is managed by the Secretariat and kept by a dedicated person.

Article 4  Scope of use of seals

1Official documents issued in the name of the association with the approval of the president and secretary-general;

2Official documents jointly issued with relevant departments;

3Membership certificate, qualification certificate, honor certificate, information system evaluation unit certificate, etc;

4Introduction letters, receipts, etc. required for engaging in official activities and other matters.

Article 5  Seal management

1The seals of the association and various departments shall be managed by a designated person appointed by the Secretariat,Strictly manage the use of seals, and no seals may be used without the approval of the president or secretary-general of this association.The seal custodian shall verify the content of the document to be stamped and the signature information stated on the seal usage form. Only after verification can the seal be affixedEstablish a "stamp approval registration book" for registration and retain copies;

2Seal management personnel should fulfill their duties, act in accordance with regulations, strictly control the use of seals, and give criticism and necessary punishment to those who violate regulations when using seals. Those who cause serious consequences should be held accountable in accordance with the law.

Article 6  If the seal of our association is lost, we must promptly issue a declaration that the old seal is invalid, and explain the situation to the competent department and the club management department, and reapply for the new seal engraving procedures.

Article 7  If the seal of this association is discontinued due to damage, name change, revocation by the organization, or replacement with a new seal,Do not store or destroy the seal privately, and promptly issue a notice to stop using the sealSubmit and destroy according to regulations, and report to the public security organs for filing.
