Detailed Rules for the Salary and Reward and Punishment System of Association Employees

1Salary andbenefits and welfare

（1） Salarystructure

Annual income:12 x monthly income+year-end bonus+Various rewards and punishments 

Payment Method : Monthly25daytelegraphic transfer

The structure consists of job salary, various typessubsidyEqual composition;

Monthly salary according toMonthly salary calculation, subsidy based onCalculation of actual working days.

The calculation of paid holiday pay enjoyed by employees shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the national labor law.

（two）Salarystandard

During the employment period, the employee shall enjoy the salary and other benefits stipulated by the association. The salary payment is as follows:

1. Secretary General: 8000 per month;

2. Deputy Secretary General: 6000 per month;

3. Minister: 5000 per month;

4. Deputy Minister: 4000 per month;

5. Ordinary staff: 3000 per month;

6. Internship salary is 2500 yuan per month.

（3） Welfare benefits

Full time employees are entitled to five social insurances and one housing fund; All formal employees are entitled to meal subsidies and phone bills补助和交通补助共计32元/工作日；实习人员享受用餐补助12元/工作日。

二、奖惩制度

（一）奖励

1、活动推广及宣传赞助：对于协会员工在举办活动中，帮助企业宣传推广品牌，企业给予宣传赞助并对效果给予好评的，企业宣传赞助到协会账户后，给予宣传赞助费用的10%-20%奖励，具体根据活动实际情况确定；

2、协会官网、手机网、微信公众号等自媒体广告宣传：员工与企业沟通交流后，企业愿意在协会自媒体平台刊登广告、发布企业、任务、产品稿件等并支付相关宣传费用的，企业广告宣传费用到协会账户后，拿出30%给予奖励；

3、发展会员、服务会员：按照《发展新会员企业奖励办法》执行；

4、年终奖金：由秘书长根据秘书处人员全年工作表现提出年终奖金申请，由会长审批后发放。

5、其他：根据合作项目和服务项目内容实际确定，由牵头人制定奖励办法，经秘书长签字、会长审批后执行。

（two）惩罚

1、协会对下列行为予以劝退、除名处理，并在某些条款中保留对其法律诉讼的权利：

（1）触犯国家法律或被公安部门拘留；

（2）故意泄露协会秘密、散布不利于协会的谣言，或者人为制造同事之间、客户之间、上下级之间的矛盾；

（3）未经协会许可，兼任其他职务或兼营与本协会同类业务者；

（4）多次违反协会各项管理制度且屡劝不改者；

（5）一个月内连续旷工三天或者一个季度累计旷工达五天者；

2、员工在工作过程中（包含递交工作材料），如出现明显错误（文字错误、信息错误、遗失资料），经查实责任人后，每次处罚50元；

3、员工应爱惜办公财物，如发现遗失和损坏者，应追究其责任人，并照价赔偿；

4、未如期完成工作任务，每次处罚50元；

5、未按《考勤制度》进行考勤，出现迟到早退现象每次处罚10元；

本办法从2017年5月1日起执行。
