Yang Yuantian, Minister of the Social Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the "Two New" Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, stated that the social work system in the province will continue to promote the implementation of the responsibility of "managing industries, managing party building", and take the "double integration and double innovation" action as the starting point to continuously enhance the Party's appeal, cohesion, and influence in emerging fields; Establish and improve institutional mechanisms, accelerate the construction of innovative pilot zones for grassroots governance, and promote the construction of a dynamic and efficient new grassroots social governance system; Promote the integration pilot of "professional social workers+volunteer services" led by Party building, and strengthen the construction of the professional talent team in social work.

Industry associations and chambers of commerce are important components of social organizations. Su Hongxing stated that Shandong is a major province in the industrial and equipment manufacturing industries, with over 12000 large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises. How to help equipment manufacturing enterprises become more competitive in the market is a topic that our association has been exploring. Under the guidance of the Social Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the association adheres to the deep integration of party building and construction, and has created the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Together, Lu Zhi Leading" party building work service brand. It continuously improves its service capabilities for enterprises, releasing nearly 2000 supply and demand information for enterprises, facilitating more than 700 cooperation projects, and achieving a transaction volume of over 1 billion yuan. We hope that the social work department can continue to strengthen guidance and support for the association in the construction and training of expert teams and full-time talent teams, improve and perfect the smooth communication mechanism, help the association link relevant functional departments, and gather multiple resources to jointly serve the development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
