Strong Service, Going to Grassroots, Building New Achievements - A Study on the High Quality Development of Social Organization Services

Vibrant autumn, gathering strength for win-win. On October 31st, the Party branch of Shandong Textile and Clothing Industry Association, together with the Party branches of Shandong Electronic Chamber of Commerce and Jinan Luokou Clothing City, jointly launched a joint party building activity of "strong service, grassroots, and new achievements". The purpose of this event is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, conscientiously implement the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, Provincial Social Work Department, and Provincial Social Organization Comprehensive Party Committee for the party building work of business associations, and to fully promote the high-quality development of social organizations with higher standards, stricter requirements, and more practical measures, and to push the party building work of associations to new heights, injecting a continuous stream of strong power into the development of industry services.

The Shandong Textile and Clothing Industry Association, Shandong Electronic Chamber of Commerce, Shandong Petrochemical Equipment Management Association, Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Shandong Energy Conservation Association, Shandong Inclusive Finance Research Institute, Shandong Animal Health Products Association, Shandong Semiconductor Industry Association, Shandong Electric Vehicle Industry Association, Shandong Hongzheng Traditional Culture Research Institute, and Shandong Art Education Development Center, all 11 party branches under the jurisdiction of Hanyu Jingu, the comprehensive party committee of the provincial social organizations, attach great importance to and actively respond to the event. The party branches, from secretaries to party member representatives, gathered in Luokou with enthusiasm to observe, learn, exchange and explore, integrate and connect, and practice. This is not only a collision of ideas to improve service quality, but also a vivid portrayal of enhancing political standing and consolidating development forces. The meeting was chaired by Cai Xiaoping, Secretary of the Party Branch of Shandong Textile and Clothing Industry Association. Liu Xichen, member of the Party Working Committee of Luokou Street and Director of the People's Congress Studio, stated in his speech that this event is a key measure to implement the new development concept and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern. Li Xinfu, former secretary of the Shandong Textile and Clothing Industry Association, led the study of important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping, as well as the opinions of five ministries and commissions on strengthening the standardization of social organizations and promoting high-quality development of social organizations. Liu Jianguo, Executive Chairman of Shandong Textile and Clothing Industry Association, stated that the association will steadfastly implement national strategies and local policies, promote the integration of fashion and consumption, enhance the brand value of Lupai clothing, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Shandong's textile and clothing industry with cultural confidence as the guide. It is committed to building Jinan, Shandong into a new fashion highland.

Wang Gongbao, member of the Party Committee of Huayu Group in Jinan and Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of Luokou Clothing City, Sun Zhiheng, Honorary President of Shandong Electronic Chamber of Commerce and former Director of the Information Industry Department, Xin Weihua, Secretary of the Party Branch of Shandong Electronic Chamber of Commerce, and Su Hongxing, Secretary of the Party Branch of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association, shared their experience in Party building work and thoughts on the development of social organizations based on their own actual situations.

The joint party building activity of "strengthening service, grassroots, and building new achievements" also organized a joint visit to the party branch of Shandong Electronic Chamber of Commerce, Shandong Communication City, Jinan Luokou Clothing City, and Xiangmoli Community Party Building Exhibition Hall. Yi Chunxia, Deputy Director of the Second Department of the Social Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee and a second level researcher, provided a detailed introduction to the establishment and work tasks of the Social Work Department, and deeply elaborated on the reform and development of the party building management system of industry associations and chambers of commerce.

Through this joint party building activity, party organizations from different industries such as the Shandong Textile and Clothing Industry Association Party Branch, Shandong Electronic Chamber of Commerce Party Branch, and Jinan Luokou Clothing City Party Branch gathered together, breaking traditional industry limitations and achieving cross-border integration.
