Under the six pronged approach, the Party Committee of the Shandong Provincial Federation of Social Organizations has launched a themed education activity

      On the morning of April 24th, the Party Committee of the Shandong Provincial Federation of Social Organizations held an expanded meeting, with members of the Party Committee of the Federation and the directors of the Party Building Offices in the East, Central, and Western regions attending. The meeting focused on studying and implementing six measures for ideological and thematic education. Vice Secretary of the Party Committee Gao Peng presided over the meeting.

The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the speech and activity plan of Zhang Mengqiang, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, at the mobilization meeting for the theme education of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, as well as the spirit of the launch meeting for the support of rural revitalization by tens of thousands of social organizations. It required all branches and member units to focus on the general requirements of "learning ideology, strengthening party spirit, emphasizing practice, and building new achievements". Firstly, the meeting spirit and implementation plan should be refined and specified, and a special education and training class for branch secretaries should be held. A monthly special seminar should be held, and the party secretary should give a party lecture entitled "Doing a Good Job in Theme Education and Building an Upgraded Version of Standardization Construction for All Branches of the General Association". A "Research Activity on the High quality Development of Thirty Social Organizations" should be held, and an investigation report. Secondly, the idea of participating in the "Ten Thousand Social Organizations Supporting Rural Revitalization" has been established, which is to "link resources, strive to expand three areas, showcase each other's advantages, and work together to implement". A special committee for rural revitalization of the General Association has been established, and symposiums have been held to focus on the five major aspects of industry, talent, culture, ecology, and organization, identify the entry points and focus points, and participate in rural revitalization together. Thirdly, the criticism points raised at the organizational life meeting at the beginning of the year should be rectified as soon as possible. Compared with the problems identified at the organizational life meeting held by the General Association Party Committee on February 27th, measures such as strengthening theoretical learning, conducting in-depth grassroots research, eliminating the "good person mentality", enhancing the cohesion of the Party organization, and strengthening benchmark guidance should be taken to achieve practical results. The fourth is to clarify the normalization rules for Party committee members to contact branches, that is, each person contacts four branches, keeps abreast of and supervises the progress of theme education, and participates in at least one on-site thematic seminar; Understand and master the work, learning, and organizational life of the branch, and attend a party class together; Summarize and promote the experience of party building in contact branches, and conduct a "look back" on the standardization construction of party branches; Identify and point out existing problems, and provide reminders and interviews to branches that have not participated in party committee and district party building meetings and activities for three consecutive times; At the end of the year, each person's contact with the branch will be included in the work report. The fifth is to cultivate the Party building brand of the General Association Party Committee, focusing on the characteristics of "three modernizations, three consolidations, three stricts, three linkage", "five offices, four trees, three connections, and two investigations" in Party building, refining the Party building brand, and achieving a visual identity, personalized connotation, and visible battlefield. Sixth, we will continue to carry out the demonstration theme party day activities for party committee members, implement the "one-stop" responsibility system, achieve better demonstration effects, and form a sub brand of party committee building.

Everyone expressed that the above six measures should be implemented immediately, and both prescribed and optional exercises should be carried out simultaneously to promote the theme education and high-quality development of our branch and affiliated branches, achieving practical results.
