The meeting earnestly studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the conference on implementing the theme education of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New EraIn accordance with the spirit of the document "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Star Rating and Grading Management of Party Branches in the Province" (Lu Zuozi [2021] No. 15) issued by the Organization Department of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, including overall requirements, evaluation content, evaluation grades, evaluation procedures, organizational leadership, and clarifying the star rating evaluation standards and completion deadlines for each stage.

At the meeting, branch members actively engaged in discussions and expressed their opinions on the significance of evaluating star rated party branches and how to effectively build star rated party branches.

The meeting emphasized the importance of further understanding the work of star rating and grading in party branches, and continuously enhancing the sense of responsibility and mission; Secondly, firmly grasp the objectives and requirements of the Party branch's star rating and grading work, ensuring that the work maintains the correct direction.
