Intelligent manufacturing leads industrial transformation and upgrading
Weihai News: Orderly cooperation of automatic equipment such as stacking robots, automatic batching systems and full-automatic edging machines; The intelligent factory management system and the network information platform display and collect data in real time in the central control room for unified scheduling. After a stack of glass raw materials has gone through dozens of processes on the production line, into a piece of float colored glass ...... This is a recent reporter in Weihai glass coated glass co., LTD. Float glass intelligent manufacturing digital workshop to see the production scene, the whole process almost can not see the workers.
The reporter learned that after digital transformation, Weihai Zhongbo Coated Glass Co., Ltd. has a workshop CNC automation rate of nearly 95%, a product defect rate of nearly 50%, and a total operating cost of 25%. The digital transformation of the enterprise is a microcosm of the upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Weihai Lingang District.
A few days ago, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of smart factories, digital workshops, smart manufacturing scenarios and smart manufacturing system solution suppliers in Shandong Province in 2023, and 6 companies in Lingang District were on the list. Among them, the float glass intelligent manufacturing digital workshop of Weihai Zhongbo Coated Glass Co., Ltd., the high-performance all-steel radial tire vulcanization digital workshop of Weihai Junle Tire Co., Ltd., the communication G.654E optical fiber production digital workshop of Weihai Weixin Optical Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., and the automobile electronic control parts digital workshop of Marquardt Switch (Weihai) Co., Ltd. were selected into the provincial digital workshop list, shandong Weida Machinery Co., Ltd. production line flexible configuration, Weihai Lidong Construction Technology Co., Ltd. PC component digital production intelligent manufacturing scene selected provincial intelligent manufacturing scene. Up to now, there are 5 provincial digital workshops and 2 provincial intelligent manufacturing scenarios in the region.
In recent years, Lingang District has taken intelligent transformation and digital transformation as key measures to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, actively cultivating intelligent factories, digital workshops and intelligent manufacturing scenarios, driving down the operating costs, defective product rate and energy consumption of enterprises, and boosting the industry to jump to the middle and high end of the value chain and innovation chain.
Data show that in the flexible configuration intelligent manufacturing scenario of Weida machinery production line, 25 automatic processing production lines, 17 automatic assembly production lines and 62 groups of automatic processing units have been built, the number of operators has been reduced from 6 to 1, the single shift capacity has been increased from 1200 to 1561, and the defective product rate has been reduced from 1.4 to 0.78.
Lingang District adheres to the main direction of intelligent manufacturing, activates the new engine of manufacturing development through digital industrialization and industrial digitization, focuses on the important links and key areas of the three leading industries of new materials, new energy equipment, and digital economy, accelerates the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing digitization, networking, and intelligence, promotes the expansion, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement of the manufacturing industry in the whole district, achieves the breakthrough of manufacturing industry, cultivates new advantages, and steps to a new level.
