Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission: Notice on Carrying out the Application Work for Provincial Service Industry Innovation Centers in 2025

Municipal Development and Reform Commission:
In order to accelerate the extension of productive service industry towards specialization and high-end value chain, upgrade life service industry towards high quality and diversity, cultivate and strengthen a group of innovative service industry enterprises, the following notice is hereby issued for the application of provincial-level service industry innovation centers in 2025:
1、 The requirements for application conditions, application materials, application procedures, etc. are consistent with the "Notice of Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission on Carrying out the Application Work for Provincial Service Industry Innovation Centers in 2023" (see attachment).
2、 The annual data of the enterprise in the application materials should provide data for the years 2023 and 2024. The annual data involved in the attachment "Basic Information Table of Shandong Provincial Service Industry Innovation Center" is for the years 2023 and 2024.
3、 Each city should focus on key areas of modern service industry such as information software, business services, and technology services, and highlight the leading and backbone enterprises in the service industry above designated size. Three enterprises should be recommended based on merit. Before September 19, 2025, please send the application documents and two application materials to the Service Industry Department of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission (in paper and electronic versions on CD).
