Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology: Notice on Forwarding the 2025 Project Application Guidelines for Key Special Projects such as the National Key Research and Development Program "Strategic Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation"
All relevant units:
According to the relevant requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the reform of science and technology plan management, the main responsible units for key projects of national key research and development plans and major national science and technology projects have been adjusted from the Ministry of Science and Technology to various ministries and commissions. The Ministry of Science and Technology is responsible for overall project layout, implementation supervision and inspection, and evaluation and effectiveness of scientific research results. According to the requirements of national science and technology plan management, science and technology management departments and corresponding supervisory departments in various provinces and cities can organize project recommendations as recommending units. We are forwarding the relevant project application notice to you. Please refer to the application requirements and strictly follow the acceptance time limit to organize eligible units to conscientiously complete the project application work. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1、 Requirements for project application
The project application unit shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the application materials, and shall, in accordance with the requirements notified by various ministries and commissions, use the National Science and Technology Management Information System Public Service Platform within the prescribed time（ https://service.most.gov.cn ）Fill in and submit the project pre application form. For projects recommended through our department, please select "Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology" as the recommending unit. After the relevant departments of our department have reviewed the project application materials, we will submit the recommended projects to the relevant departments on time. Please promptly coordinate with relevant units for projects recommended by the corresponding supervisory department.
