Entering the Blue Ocean of Industry 4.0 in Response to the General Trend - The Half Year Work Summary Meeting of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association for 2025 was held

On July 14th, the "Half Year Work Summary Meeting of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association" was held in Jinan. The meeting was chaired by Xu Shiping, Director of the Development Strategy Research Center, with Secretary General Su Hongxing commenting on the work of various departments. President Gao Ling attended the meeting to provide guidance and deliver important speeches. All staff members of the Secretariat attended the meeting.

The heads of the member department, project service department, expert committee, publicity department, and external cooperation department have successively reported on the work of their respective departments in the first half of 2025, explained the key work plan for the second half of the year, and put forward innovative suggestions.

Su Hongxing commented on the work summary of each department one by one, pointing out that 2025 is a critical period for the transformation and upgrading of the association. All staff of the Secretariat should enhance their overall awareness and team consciousness, promote the transformation of the association from a service enterprise to a service industry, and from an association brand to a department brand, and form a "community of undertakings" with the vast number of member units.

Xu Shiping has put forward new requirements for consolidating and improving the selection of the Science and Technology Innovation Award and promoting the construction of a big data platform for the equipment manufacturing industry in the province.

President Gao Ling affirmed the work of each department in the first half of the year and requested all staff members of the Secretariat to enhance their political stance, strengthen their political and professional learning, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and improve their professional abilities and service levels; In response to the reshaping of the industrial landscape and technological revolution brought about by Industry 4.0, we need to follow the trend, improve our knowledge structure, enhance our ideological height and international perspective; Emphasize the importance of building the association's brand, establishing a service benchmark resource library, conducting industry statistical research, understanding the real needs and development pain points of member enterprises, providing suggestions and recommendations for the government, endorsing the industry, and speaking out for enterprises. Under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee's Department of Social Work, the work is planned ahead, planned ahead, and implemented in real time, welcoming 2026 with the new image, new face, and new responsibilities of the association!
